If you want to enjoy your holidays in an authentic environment, in contact with nature and, at the same time, in a comfortable setting, then this enormous plot is what suits you best. The private property will help you relax, unwind, and make the most of your well-deserved holidays, surrounded by green gardens, colourful flowers and bushes, and the unmissable company of the owners' horses.

The hosts are an Italo-Bulgarian couple, who have decided to open the doors of their property to welcome guests from all over the world and share with them the beauties of the setting.

The 12,000-sq-mt plot welcomes several buildings that allow you to enjoy your holidays in full privacy. The owners, as well as the managers, live in the buildings near the main entrance, where you will be received, and the keys will be handed over. After meeting the owners, you will be shown the private area of the property, on the opposite side of the main entrance, where you and your family will be able to have a quiet and secluded stay.

The perfectly-maintained garden is filled with tall palm trees and colourful bushes that lead the way to the gorgeous private pool area. All around it, you can relax in the covered lounge area, which can be conveniently closed when it gets chilly. The living space welcomes a lounge area, featuring an enormous elevated Balinese bed, a wide disco-like area, decorated with original 50s pieces of design and a dining table, and another lounge area, which is ideal for reading by the pool, having a siesta in the shade or enjoy the pool table. Another dining table is provided in the covered porch and, next to it, you will also find a small kitchen.

The extreme opposite of the plot features two separate buildings, where you will find five bedrooms to welcome you and your family. One bedroom and an ensuite with a shower are located in a different area, thus creating a dependence for those who seek an even greater degree of privacy. The other four bedrooms are located in a 60s-style building, which also features a private gym. All five bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed each, and an ensuite with a shower, which ensure a comfortable sleep throughout your stay.

Warm/cool air-con is available in the five bedrooms.

The rest of the plot features a fully equipped independent kitchen, located near the bedrooms area, a spacious building filled with horse-related memorabilia, and even a paddock and a stable, where the owners' four lovely horses live.

Last, but not least, you will be able to rejoice in the splendid views of the hills and the countryside that envelop the property, falling in love with the contrast of colours and the quietness that characterises the area. You will then know that this is the perfect place to spend your well-earned holidays.
