A completely-renovated holiday home in the smooth hills of Antequera’s countryside will make for the most spectacular setting where to enjoy your well-deserved holidays. Relaxation is guaranteed here, as you sunbathe outdoor or take revel in the exquisite decoration that characterises the indoor area.

There are two other buildings on the property: one is the owner’s store-room, and the other is used to keep the maintenance tools of the pool. This way, you and your family will have exclusive use of the property and the pool, whose privacy is also worth mentioning.

The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, all provided with warm/cool air-con that ensures you and your family will enjoy some truly regenerating nights of sleep. Two bedrooms are furnished with a cosy double bed each, whereas the third bedroom relies on two single beds to provide the guests with a well-deserved relaxation. The bathroom of the villa welcomes a spacious shower and a double washbasin, plus the same delicate decoration that has been used in the whole villa. The living area is decorated in a modern way, which contrasts beautifully with the brick fireplace located on the room’s main wall; moreover, the comfortable sofas facing the fireplace are the ideal spots to take a power nap during the warm Andalusian afternoons. The fully equipped galley corner is located on the other side of the lounge area. You’ll find hi-tech electric appliances and kitchenware that’ll help you surprise your family with mouth-watering meals, to be shared around the 6-people dining table provided.

You can stay in the villa in winter, too, as it's equipped with a wood-pellet fireplace.

If you’ve fallen in love with the indoor area of the villa, you’ll be overwhelmed by what awaits you on the outside. A spacious porch frames the splendid views this villa is gifted with. The hill on which it is located faces Antequera’s countryside and stands before the impressive Torcal de Antequera, which you can spot from the road that leads to the house. The villa’s outdoor area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, a parasol and even a double sun lounger with a built-in sunshade, all positioned around the splendid private pool. The other part of the outdoor area is occupied by a gorgeous gazebo, where you are granted the possibility to enjoy your meals with a view. A cosy chill-out area completes the outdoor facilities.

The pool area is provided with artificial grass; this choice is due to the long periods of drought that inland Andalucia endures during the year’s hottest months. This calls for measures to limit the water use to irrigate the lawn, and artificial grass is one of the most eco-friendly ones.

The villa can be accessed directly from the main road.
