The villa is just 1.5 km from the center of Alhaurín. If you decide to visit the historic center of the city of Málaga today, you will arrive in just 20 minutes. The convenient access to the highway will also facilitate a recommended visit to some of the beautiful white villages and charming cities in the Andalusian region.

The east-facing porch offers you the ideal spot for your first coffee of the day as the sun begins its journey. The owners of this wonderful villa are pleased to offer you an unforgettable vacation, with exquisite decoration that pays homage to good taste, blending with the surrounding vegetation, making the house the idyllic place for your well-deserved rest on the Costa del Sol.

Committed to the environment, they have taken measures to reduce their impact, with solar panels for hot water, LED lighting throughout the house, efficient appliances, and a garden with optimized water consumption.

The house is equipped with fiber optic internet, with a speed of 100 MB.

The 160 square meters of the house are distributed into 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (both cold and hot), and 3 bathrooms, all with shower stalls, a living-dining room, and a kitchen.

The first two bedrooms are master bedrooms, both with a queen bed measuring 1.50 m x 2 m and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features two single beds measuring 90 cm x 2 m, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.35 m x 1.90 m. These last two rooms have an independent bathroom.

The spacious and cozy living-dining room will provide you with pleasant evenings. Among the delights of this villa is the kitchen with a view. It will surely inspire you to prepare exquisite dishes using its excellent equipment.

Outside, the whole family can refresh in the large pool after sunbathing. Lush fruit trees such as orange trees, mandarins, loquats, custard apples, and avocados grow around the villa. These fruits are available in different seasons, and the owners provide them for your personal consumption during your stay.

On summer evenings, you will want to dine at the outdoor table waiting for you next to the kitchen, where you can savor Iberian products accompanied by a good glass of wine. And there, do not forget to look up and enjoy the end of the sun’s daily journey.

The house does not have a barbecue as it is located in a high natural protection area; therefore, it is equipped with an electric griddle to make your barbecues.

Access is mostly paved; only 100 meters of the track are unpaved. The rural house offers parking space for three vehicles. Having a car is necessary for shopping.
