Holiday home located in Prado del Rey, province of Cadiz, Andalucia.

This magnificent holiday home in the Sierra of Cadiz is characterised by complete privacy, which will allow you and your family to enjoy your holidays with quietness and relaxation. It has four bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other three with one double bed each. Under each double bed, you'll find one extra single bed. This way, up to 11 people can spend their holidays here. One of the bedrooms is provided with an ensuite with shower and bathtub, and there is one more bathroom with shower to be shared among the guests of this holiday home. The bedrooms are equipped with fans and stoves.

The air-con-provided dining-living room is provided with enough space for everyone to feel comfortable, just like the completely equipped independent kitchen. However, if you need more space, know that this holiday home also offers another living room, which gives direct access to a pretty covered porch. Here, you can enjoy the Andalusian breeze while having a drink.

Another way to get to the outside is through the kitchen door, which leads off into the outdoor porch. In this case, you will meet with a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area, as well as the access to the magnificent garden. This is a remarkable feature of the villa. In fact, in addition to being perfectly maintained, the enormous garden welcomes a romantic pergola and a private pool. Here, you and your family will spend infinite moments of unforgettable happiness, we guarantee!

The access is completely paved.

The annexed chalet is a property of the owner's brother. As the two buildings have a separate and independent entrance, you and your family will have exclusive use of the holiday home, and you will enjoy all the privacy you need. The holiday home and the chalet don't have any common spaces.
