The house is distributed on a single floor. The first floor that you can see in the photos is the storage room of the owner, which remains closed, thus guaranteeing full privacy for you and your family.

The main room, whose clear-colour decoration provides a welcoming atmosphere, features a comfortable, L-shaped sofa and a big TV, as well as a dining table and access to the fully-equipped independent kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the layout of the house: the master bedroom is furnished with one double bed and provided with an en-suite with a bathtub; two other double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) share a bathroom with a shower.

The living room, the main bedroom and the twin-bedded bedroom are provided with warm/cool air-con.

Outside, the spacious outdoor area welcomes a covered porch with a chill-out area, which is ideal for rejoicing the views in the warm summer evenings. From the porch, you can access the spacious terrace, where sun loungers and a fabulous private pool let you make the most of the renowned weather of Andalucia.

The access is made possible via a 7-km concreted track, which is typical of the mountainous area where the house is located. The lane is therefore characterised by slopes and curves, fully made up for by the staggering views that you will enjoy once in the villa.
