One of the house's main attractions is its private swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers and beautiful views. The pool water is at ambient temperature, varying depending on the time of year. Next to it, you can relax in the sun and enjoy pleasant moments outdoors.
The house also has a fantastic furnished porch with panoramic views, perfect for having breakfast while admiring the scenery or enjoying leisurely meals and conversations. Outside, you'll also find a barbecue area and a ping-pong table.
At the rear of the property, there is a large field in an elevated position, with an open horizon that makes it a particularly interesting place for stargazing and observing the eclipse.
The interior maintains traditional Andalusian charm, with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. It features a bright living room with a fireplace, television, and dining area, as well as a fully equipped separate kitchen.
The sleeping area has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning, providing greater comfort during the warmer months.
Its location allows you to enjoy tranquility without sacrificing convenience. The historic center of Mijas is less than 10 minutes away by car, where you'll find restaurants, tapas bars, shops, and all kinds of services.
Furthermore, the house is an excellent base for exploring some of the main destinations on the Costa del Sol: the beaches of Fuengirola are about 15 minutes away by car, Torremolinos is 20 minutes away, and Málaga Airport, Marbella, and Puerto Banús are approximately 30 minutes away.
