We’ve travelled to Torrox numerous times over the last 20 years & this is one of the best Villas we have stayed in. The Villa was very clean and very well maintained. The road to the Villa is very straightforward and is fully concreted. Great views & very peaceful.

The house is very clean and well-maintained. The pool was also very clean and in excellent condition. The garden is beautiful and lovingly landscaped. Sun loungers, parasols, and even an outdoor four-poster bed were provided. There is also another covered seating area with a table and chairs in the garden. On the terrace, there is a lovely charcoal barbecue area with lighting and two sinks. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there.

Everything went well. However, there could have been better information about the trip. We rented an SUV, which was a good choice. The condition of the road to the house took some getting used to.

We stayed for a week in this lovely accommodation. Plenty of space, modern furnished with traditional decor. The pool area is perfectly sized and the views are spectacular. We would love to return in future.

The house is a dream. Maurice gave us a warm welcome. The spacious terrace and, above all, the fantastic pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols were the best part. You feel at home instantly and start relaxing immediately. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms and beds are spacious and, most importantly, very clean. Both bathrooms were also spotless. In short, it was a holiday we will remember fondly for a long time. There is absolutely nothing that could be improved about this accommodation.

Large house and extensive surrounding mature grounds with a good sized pool and great views across the valley towards Frigiliana village and the sea at Nerja. The house was comfortable and aircon appreciated; adequately equipped for our two week stay. Simon was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.

We had a fabulous stay at this holiday home. The exotic ambiance of the property, with its Balinese bed, is truly unique. The swimming pool was a big hit, and we often enjoyed the many furnished outdoor spaces. Inside, the decor is rustic, very clean, and offers practically everything you could need. The layout of the rooms is well thought out. You'll stay in a peaceful and relaxing setting, on a hill overlooking Algarrobo and, to the west, the bay. A charming detail: you're right in the heart of a mango grove, and since we were lucky enough to be there during the fruit season, we enjoyed an even more vibrant tropical atmosphere. The property is fenced (including the parking area); it feels safe and is also ideal for dog owners, with walking trails right next door. If you have the time and inclination to stretch your legs, you can even walk to Algarrobo. You'll find simple cafes and two bakeries, among other things. For more shopping, you can easily visit the coastal towns, just a few kilometers away. There are also a variety of traditional markets that we really enjoyed (for example, Caleta). The road to the house is sometimes a little winding, but with patience and caution, it's perfectly manageable, especially since all the local drivers we met were incredibly friendly and gave way or reversed. You get used to it quickly. And you really don't want to leave. The location is fantastic. The charming city of Malaga, with its airport and train station (including a high-speed rail line to Cordoba or Seville), is easily accessible, and many other beautiful destinations are nearby, such as Nerja (with its stunning bays) or Competa and the Axarquía region. The real highlight of this stay, however, was the host family, who took exceptional care of their guests. Their dedication, availability, and approachability transformed this vacation rental into a true home away from home. What more could you ask for?

A very beautiful, stylish garden, ideal for relaxation. A spacious, lovely house with excellent amenities. The furniture includes some beautiful individual pieces, some of which require restoration.

Pleasant and simple

It was a good location; the house was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. It is located close to the beach and the center of Nerja (5 min by car and 20 min on foot).

The house was beautiful, especially the view of the sunrise. The air conditioning worked efficiently, the house was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely the highlight. The road leading to it is very bumpy, so we weren't really able to explore the surroundings, but the location is perfect for enjoying peace, quiet, and sunshine, exactly what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday at ---------. Raquel and Pablo are lovely people who take great pride in their property, and it shows. We had everything we needed, and what a fantastic location. We couldn't have wished for better.

The place was very quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. There is a house right next to the property, but no one lived there so it was perfect as we didn't need to worry about disturbing anyone. Everything was clean, the owners were very nice and helpful, we had everything we needed on the property. The road isn't as bad as we thought, given the other reviews, it can be tricky and narrow but if you drive slowly there should be no issues. The house is easy to find but our sat nav got a bit confused and we arrived in the night so we couldn't see very well either, but the owner, Pilar, was really helpful and guided us a bit towards the end so we'd find the house easily. The tranquility of the place is great, a 15 min drive to Lidl, Mercadona and Aldi, so if you want to rip off from the busy city this is the place. Oh and the pool is amazing!!! The water heated up beautifully every single day (unlike other places we've been to), and it's a good size too.

We had such a wonderful experience back i. Nerja & especially with this beautiful villa . Ive been coming to Nerja for years now & our stay in this property was our favourite. Nerja itself its is such a beautiful place. The villa is beautiful, it has everything you need , the beds were so comfortable, the pool , the jacuzzi, the gardens the satellite tv everything was superb 👌. The neighbours were lovely & helpful. It was the first year we didn’t get a car , but it was fine , for anyone who doesn’t get a car. Nerja taxis would pick us up at the end of the dirt track its a 1 minute walk. So it was brilliant. It was 10/10 we loved it . We will definitely be back next year. Ruralidays were exceptional to deal with, on the ball & answer so quickly & so friendly . We spent three weeks in this exceptional rental; everything was perfect. The house is superbly equipped, spotless, and modern, with a dreamy 6x10 meter pool that's shallow enough to stand in. The pool is always clean because Sebastián comes by every morning to check and clean it. In the nine years we've been booking through Ruralidays, I'd say this rental is number one. Without a doubt, everything is perfect for two, and Sebastián is an exceptionally kind and helpful host, always at your service within ten minutes. Every day, he brings you fresh fruit and vegetables and does everything to make you feel comfortable. Thank you again, Sebastián!

The villa is perfect retreat for a couple wanting solitude, beauty and privacy. Nearby Hotel Fuel del Sol are helpful if there are any problems

We had a fantastic stay at Juan’s villa in Alozaina. We particularly loved the panoramic mountain views and the private pool which was a great size for swimming and cooling off in. The kitchen was really well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook during our stay. Juan was also very helpful and easily contactable. Everything was great and we hope to return in future.

The owner, Miguel, is a very nice man who has an eye for detail. The house is spectacular, very spacious, and fully equipped. There is a fantastic basement, suitable for both children and adults. We had a fantastic weekend.

We had a wonderful time; the house was incredibly cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and small appliances, and the beds were super comfortable. The rooms were spacious, both inside and out. We wanted a great place to relax and unwind for 2 weeks with stunning views, a clean pool and a beautiful house. We got all of this and more. WOW!! what an incredible place, the views and location are superb. The house is beautiful, very clean, well maintained and has high spec facilities comfy bed, great kitchen and bathrooms. The owners are very lovely people, and nothing is a problem they are available if you need anything. They clearly love this home and have thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the welcome gifts and surprise in the garden that made the outdoor area even more special. All basics were stocked for the duration of our stay which was greatly appreciated. This is a place that works with nature and is very sustainable. We spent many days from early morning to sunset by the pool. If you enjoy peace and quiet and being outdoors with stunning views you will LOVE it here. Easy access to and from the local friendly village with a great supermarket DIA (use directions from the owners as there are different routes). We had the best 2 weeks here and highly recommend this place. We look forward to returning again in the future as it’s just perfect.

I great property with all amenities needed for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Away from the tourist crowds, yet not isolated, this beautiful house with its magnificent garden lies hidden in the heart of an olive grove. As soon as you step through the electric gate, you enter this magical place with a fantastic swimming pool featuring Roman steps. The garden is adorned with majestic palm trees, citrus trees, rose bushes, and oleanders. As soon as the gate closes, you find yourself in your own private paradise. The grounds offer complete privacy and a sense of security. Our dog felt completely at home from the second day onwards and frolicked happily in the garden. The house is equipped with air conditioning and every comfort. The outdoor bathroom with shower was a very welcome luxury. We travel to Spain often, but nowhere else have we experienced such relaxation. The two neighboring villages are a short drive away and offer an authentic Spanish experience, without fuss or tourist traps. Everything you need is easily accessible. Manuel arranges an interpreter to facilitate communication, and we also had the pleasure of meeting the son of the family, who speaks excellent English and even a little German. Manuel cleans the pool and the garden every two days, and the sheets and towels are changed at the end of the week.

Charo and Santiago were delightful, always attentive to our needs and even gave us gifts of local products. The villa was easy to find from the instructions. The villa, pool and outside area were spotlessly clean. We liked the different seating areas and the barbecue. The views to the mountains were stunning. It is a beautiful place and the road to get to it is steep in places but not too scary, unlike some we have experienced! We hired a car and it was only 10 mins to the nearest supermarket and beach.

We enjoyed a wonderful 7-day stay at this rural house in Sayalonga. From the very first moment, both the website staff and the owner made us feel very comfortable, with a friendly, welcoming approach and a willingness to help. The house is meticulously maintained and stands out especially for its impeccable cleanliness. Everything was perfectly prepared upon our arrival, and we didn't lack anything. The house is very well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and pleasant, just like being at home. It's true that the access road leading to the house can be a little daunting the first day, but once you get the hang of it, it's very easy! We were so grateful that on our first day, they escorted us right to the door! The pool deserves a special mention: it was always perfectly clean, and the water temperature was ideal, allowing us to enjoy it immensely during our stay. But without a doubt, one of the greatest charms of the house is its tranquility. The silence, the surroundings, and the feeling of disconnecting make it the perfect place to rest, forget about routine, and recharge. It was 7 days of rest, tranquility, and enjoyment. Beautiful location, within walking distance of the beach, charming villages, and shops. Large and very nice pool. The meeting point worked perfectly. The owners are very friendly. They welcomed us with water and a bottle of wine. The only slightly annoying thing was the numerous dogs that barked constantly in the area.

As a couple, we had a very pleasant stay. The pool area is beautiful and practical, with a kitchenette and a toilet. And most importantly for us: it is completely private! The nice thing is that the house is located in the valley, so you don't have to drive there. The owners were also very helpful, even when we had a problem with our rental car. The surroundings are truly beautiful. There is a breathtaking view of the mountains. The value for money is excellent.

The accommodation itself is beautiful and very quiet. Unfortunately, some details do not match the description. The beds are comfortable, but very short and narrow. The road to the accommodation is approximately 2.5 km long and is only suitable for rental cars with sufficient ground clearance.

The house is situated in a very quiet location and is excellently equipped. The swimming pool is simply fantastic. We were able to completely relax here and didn't want to leave. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown around. The house was very pleasant for our family with our 20-month-old son. It was very clean and safe. Fully equipped with all amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed our carefree holiday and loved the garden and the house.

We had another fantastic stay. The villa is lovely with amazing views and a great pool. The facilities are everything that we need and more. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the sun but equally there is shade if needed. The owner is so welcoming, friendly and attentive - he is so helpful. Just a great place! Some people may find the road abit of a challenge - stick with it as the villa is more than worth it!

A lovely holiday home in a peaceful location. Perfect for relaxing, with beautiful views. A comfortably furnished holiday home. Everything was perfect. Very friendly hosts.

We spent 12 wonderful days in a splendid setting. The house is very pleasant, even though we spent 95% of our time outside the house (we were only there to sleep). The bedding is impeccable, the peace and quiet are perfect, and there are some superb places to visit nearby. Shops are a 15-minute drive away, and what can I say about the view? Even better than in the photos! We'll definitely be back.

We spent ten wonderful, peaceful days with our dog. It is a fantastic place to travel to with a pet because of the large grounds and the tranquility, despite the proximity of the town. That is why it is highly recommended.

Totally relaxing two weeks in this tranquil spot. Supermarket 5 minutes drive and a couple of minutes walk into town. Friendly owner on hand if you need anything, but totally respectful of your privacy.

We were a group of 20 people and felt very much at ease. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with large refrigerators and a gas stove; everything a large group needs. The outdoor area was spacious, with plenty of chairs, a large table, and a swimming pool with enough sun loungers. The owners, Diego and Charo, were very kind and attentive. Thank you very much!

Alozaina is pretty mountain village with a good range of shops and cafe/restaurants. Parking was never an issue. Good range of other towns and villages within easy reach by car.

Our experience was fantastic once again. This is already the second time we have rented this house. The location is top-notch, the house has everything you need for a holiday, and it is less than a ten-minute drive to Còmpeta where you can enjoy a delicious meal. We will definitely be back.

Together with my family (3 children), I spent a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa! Everything was truly thought of to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The owners, Raoul and Alba, are exceptionally hospitable people. Communication with Raoul was fantastic, and he even showed us the way around Ronda. There is also a gardener on duty named José Antonio, who maintains the pool and garden every morning. He arrives early in the morning and works very discreetly. He carried out his work while we were still asleep, so we didn't notice a thing. In short, it was a special villa and definitely worth a return visit!

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean house in a quiet and peaceful setting. We enjoyed the swimming pool with its view of Frigilliana. Well located, less than ten minutes from Frigilliana and Nerja. Lidl and Aldi are 5 minutes away. Perfect rental that matches the photos and description provided at the time of booking.

This was a lovely, very clean house with everything we needed. The owner was extremely helpful but remained discrete, attending only when necessary. They fixed any minor points extremely quickly- and even replaced the washing machine immediately when it broke down. Great pool and outdoor areas, and kitchen functioned very well. Aircon really appreciated at night! One point to bear in mind - road/track down to property not necessarily for the faint hearted, but fine if driven with care.

Our experience at the location was truly amazing. The cottage is situated in a wonderfully quiet spot among avocado and mango trees, immediately putting you in a holiday mood. The private pool was perfectly maintained and provided ultimate relaxation. Everything was clean, tidy, and exactly as described. We felt right at home immediately and thoroughly enjoyed the silence, nature, and comfort. For us, it was a place where you can truly unwind.

The building where the apartment is located overlooks a courtyard. This ensured quiet and peaceful nights. Nevertheless, the accommodation is very centrally located, allowing you to easily explore the entire old town and the harbor on foot. The city beach was also not far away, and we combined that with a walk through the old town. There are also supermarkets (no kiosks, which are always more expensive) within walking distance. The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. However, there are not many stairs per floor. The apartment is fully equipped and we lacked nothing. All necessary kitchen utensils for a stay of one or two weeks were present. There is a washing machine and a clothesline. Blankets and towels were also available in sufficient quantities. It was also nice that there wasn't just one garbage bag, as is often the case with apartments from other providers/portals. There is a balcony, but we only used it to dry clothes. The balcony overlooks the building's courtyard, meaning you only see the roof and walls of the adjacent building. The apartment is bright, with many windows, and you can even make it completely dark with roller blinds. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Very pleasant. Communication with the landlord was easy and quick, and he was very friendly and attentive. Thanks, Roberto. We felt right at home immediately and were able to relax right away. I also want to emphasize how clean the apartment was! We would recommend this apartment without hesitation and would definitely book it again.

Friendly host who was always available and easy to reach. Accommodation fealt like a home from home. Very comfortable, spacious for 4 adults and a child. The property was very clean and retained that Spanish rustic charm we were looking for.
