We had a fantastic stay at the villa. It had everything we needed and was lovely, peaceful and tranquil. Although there are a few other villas nearby, it still felt very private and peaceful. The air con in the bedrooms was amazing, and the pool was kept lovely and clean with regular maintenance. We did manage to lock ourselves out one day — completely our own silly mistake! Once the door closes, you need the key to get back in. Thankfully, the company were really helpful and arranged a locksmith quickly, although it did cost us €80. The only thing to be aware of is the drive to the villa, which can feel a little daunting especially in the dark. We just made sure we were back before dark. It didn't stop us from going anywhere, and you soon get used to it — slow and steady is the key! Overall, a lovely villa and we would definitely recommend it.

This holiday home in Frigiliana was really great. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner of the house was very friendly and was always there for us should we experience any problems. Highly recommended!

The house is very well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It matches the photos. The owners are welcoming and helpful. Large swimming pool, beautiful view, and breathtaking sunsets. There are dogs walking near the house, and they bark a lot, especially at night, which disturbs the sleep. It is impossible to leave the window open because of the noise.

One small detail for improvement: the sun loungers could be cleaned a little more thoroughly. An experience to enjoy as a family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very well located. Easily accessible by car. The grounds are beautiful. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Close to various major cities and villages. We would definitely come back here again.

Overall, we had a relaxing and very comfortable stay. The house is beautiful and the sea view is magnificent. However, the considerable time we spent shopping or on excursions was inconvenient. We also expected the towels and bed linen to be changed during our 18-day stay; given the various technical issues, a weekly check by management to ensure everything was working properly would have been very appreciated. We always received help when reporting problems, but we only noticed, for example, quite late that the pool filter system was not functioning properly.

A beautiful house in a great location with a lovely sea view. I was already familiar with the area, meaning the surrounding towns. Southern Spain remains a favorite of mine. I would definitely return without hesitation.

La villa y sus alrededores son absolutamente magníficos; desde el momento en que llegamos, supimos que habíamos elegido un lugar muy especial. Nuestro anfitrión, Juan, fue increíblemente cálido y hospitalario, y realmente se desvivió por asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda y agradable posible. Su hospitalidad hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más memorable. La villa cuenta con todo lo necesario para una escapada relajante en el campo. Dispone de una piscina maravillosa rodeada de viñedos; un lugar precioso y tranquilo donde pasar el día. También hay una zona de juegos para niños, varias barbacoas a elegir y muchísimo espacio al aire libre para comer, relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del campo español. Contar con dos cocinas fue otra gran ventaja, ya que nos dio espacio de sobra para preparar y disfrutar de los maravillosos productos locales que compramos durante nuestra estancia. Una de nuestras experiencias favoritas y más singulares fue el pozo de agua dulce situado a poca distancia a pie de la villa. Podíamos ir caminando cada día a recoger agua fresca. Al venir de Inglaterra, era algo que nunca habíamos vivido antes, y realmente contribuyó a crear una auténtica experiencia rural. A pesar de ofrecer una sensación de aislamiento y paz maravillosa, la ubicación es sumamente práctica. Hay una tienda local a unos 10 minutos en coche con una selección fantástica de productos de la zona, y los pueblos y localidades tradicionales de los alrededores son muy accesibles. Ronda está a un paso y es preciosa. Incluso fuimos a Sevilla a pasar el día; la villa es, por tanto, un punto de partida fantástico para explorar más Andalucía, sin dejar de tener un lugar tranquilo y sosegado al que regresar. Lo que hace tan especial a esta propiedad es que uno podría pasar días enteros sin salir de la villa —nadando, haciendo barbacoas, cocinando, comiendo al aire libre y simplemente disfrutando del entorno—, al tiempo que se tienen muchos lugares maravillosos al alcance de la mano cuando apetece salir a explorar. Una estancia verdaderamente inolvidable a la que volveríamos sin dudarlo. Cinco estrellas en todos los aspectos. ¡Recomendamos encarecidamente a Juan y esta hermosa villa!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very pleasant stay at this villa. The house is clean, large, and spacious, with a lovely outdoor area and an immaculate pool. The view of La Viñuela, the lake, and the mountains is truly magnificent. 🏔️🌿 The location is convenient, about 15 minutes from shops, supermarkets, and the shopping center. A car is necessary, but access to the property is very easy. The air conditioning works perfectly. A few minor points could be improved: a more efficient refrigerator, a proper oven, and perhaps an IPTV service with more channels. We are very satisfied with our stay and happily recommend this villa!

A very pleasant house. We stayed there for a week with our family of four. The pool is fantastic with a breathtaking view. The house is functional and the garden is beautiful. The flock of griffon vultures around Tajo Algarin accompanied us every time we were sunbathing. The proximity to El Gastor (2-3 minutes by car) for small errands is a plus.

This accommodation is fully equipped. The facilities are fully complete, especially the kitchen. Located in a fairly quiet area with plenty of privacy. Very pleasant contact with the owner if needed.

Quite locations bit hilly but lovely views

The house was very good, clean, and spacious. The pool was amazing, and the owner was super friendly and easily reachable. The outdoor kitchen is also a very nice addition. There are also plenty of shady spots and play options for children. Fully equipped with all conveniences. The only comment I can think of is that there is only air conditioning in the living room, but fans in all the bedrooms. That is sufficient in itself, but not optimal on very hot days.

A beautiful finca with a lovely swimming pool; all amenities are present. If you prefer to sit in the shade, there are various spots where you can enjoy yourself from morning till evening. The accommodation offers views of the sea and the village of Torrox and is conveniently located near Nerja, just 20 minutes away. The villa is quick and easy to reach; the road is paved, with a few steep slopes, but generally there are multiple access points for two cars. The owners are very friendly and easy to reach via messages.

There were no neighbors overlooking the property, which we liked and which allowed us to make the most of the pool. A wonderful week, as always. The house is in a marvelous location, ideal for peace and relaxation, being secluded yet close to everything. It is fully equipped and very comfortable. Every year we have noticed that José Manuel has made some improvement, whether to the facilities, the furniture, or the garden. This is the fifth year we have spent a week in this villa, and we already feel right at home. We are sure we will return!

It was our first time in a villa of our own and we wouldn't want anything else. It was a perfect holiday: the villa was spacious, fully equipped, wonderfully quiet, on top of the mountain (so a nice breeze too), had a fantastic view, and the pool was the most beautiful part. We were with 2 boys (8 and 15 years old) who wanted to swim and chill all day. There are various spots around the house where you can sit, lie down, and enjoy the view. There is air conditioning in the house, so sitting inside is certainly no hardship. If you really want to experience a holiday feeling, you can easily stay in this villa for a few weeks. The village of Guaro is located at the foot of the mountain, and you can also reach a major city (e.g. Marbella or Malaga) within 30-45 minutes. A car is necessary, a powerful one for example a 4x4. And you shouldn't suffer from a fear of heights :-)

Great experience. The house hasn't been rented out for a long time and therefore lacks basic amenities such as updated kitchenware.

The house was great, we were very comfortable and really enjoyed the pool. The owners were very friendly and attentive; the only downside was the difficult road to the house, but the surroundings were beautiful.

A dream come true! The hostess is exceptionally kind and fulfilled all our wishes. The house is excellently equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The swimming pool with a sea view was one of the highlights, as was the vegetable garden with its beautiful fig trees and the perfectly equipped barbecue.

We really enjoyed it; the facilities were spacious and comfortable. There are a few things that need to be checked, but they should be fixed soon. Otherwise, everything was great. If you go in the summer, there are no fans in the rooms, at least not yet.

It is our second time staying with Mario. The accommodation is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful if you love nature and peace.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa especially the stunning views, Antonio was an incredible host on arrival he was very efficient and explained everything we needed. He even offered to take us to the shop so we could get some food in as we did not hire a car, which we soon realised we needed. The villa is very luxurious and everything was in immaculate condition, we felt very lucky to be staying in this villa. It was great for all 14 of us including babies and children. Thank you Antonio and cleaners!

Great experience, easy to book and converse with the owner. 2 minor issues which the owner rectified straight away which was amazing. Would recommend a car for any family staying at the villa as it is a 25-30 min walk along a single lane road to get to Lidl or Mercadona or the nearest bus stop. uber and Bolt taxis were used regularly.

The accommodation was ideal for a 3 generation family. The location in Canillas was excellent...a short walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Parking was secure and private. Overall the property was in good condition. The internal cooking arrangements were limited but as we eat out or used the barbecue it didn't impact our stay.We had a issue with the dishwasher on our first day and the owner resolved the matter within an hour...excellent customer service.

Arrived at the house at night. The road up was a bit scary at night. In the morning we woke up and experienced a magical view of the mountains and enjoyed the nice pool.

This farmhouse is ideally located, perfect for relaxing and recharging. The town of Órgiva is just a 3-minute drive away. Impeccably equipped and stylish, it has been designed down to the smallest detail to make you feel right at home. The hosts are very attentive and welcoming.

Small, charming house with a great terrace. Lots of flowers, a hammock, very cozy. The road up the mountain is bumpy, rocky, and often single-lane. This can be a problem for inexperienced or nervous drivers. The swimming pool is due for replacement; the mosaic tiles are coming loose in rows. There is only air conditioning in the living room. That is not enough to cool the whole house. The fans in the bedrooms make quite a lot of noise when on the highest setting. The fridge makes a lot of noise, and because of the heat, we didn't want to close the door. As a result, we adults didn't sleep very well, but fortunately, the teenagers slept wonderfully. We made good use of the pool during the day and relaxed nicely. The 15-minute drive to the beach was fine. However, we avoided driving there in the dark, so we didn't eat out much – but that wasn't a problem, as there are plenty of shops in the village on the way to the beach. We had deliberately chosen a detached house, but next time we would probably forgo the view and choose a house that is a bit closer to the city instead.

It is a rural setting, a little further from the city, but within walking distance. There are plenty of activities nearby. A river flows close by. Conil beach is an hour and a half's drive away. You absolutely must enjoy the countryside: the crowing of the rooster, the horses, the sheep, and the insects. If you live in the city, you will notice the difference, but believe me, it is worth it. The house also offers the comfort of a villa: air conditioning and a swimming pool. The pool is large and we really enjoyed it. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are various living areas for dining or relaxing. There are many opportunities to be outdoors. There are two bathrooms, although only one is mentioned in the advertisement.

Beautiful, fully equipped country house.

The house is located close to the village, just a 15-minute walk away. A car is necessary for larger grocery shopping, but that is not a problem, as the Mercadona supermarket and other amenities are also nearby.

The stay (2 weeks) was fabulous, everything was perfect. Everything was very clean, the view indescribable. Here you can truly switch off and simply enjoy yourself.

A few days to completely unwind with a beautiful view and plenty of silence, although the pool was very small and the barbecue area was not covered. There were only two sun loungers by the pool, the mosquito net had some holes, and there was no ventilation underneath. The owner responded quickly and was very friendly. The place is far from the hustle and bustle and is ideal for escaping the city for a while.

Lovely property in a remote location. The villa is a 5 minute drive in the hills above Sayalonga. Roads are steep, single track and only partially concreted. You need to be organised with food etc. Taxis are limited and are expensive.
