It was a dream; the house was exactly like in the photos. Spotlessly clean! Everything was very neat and the host was incredibly friendly; we couldn't have wished for a better holiday.

Very comfortable villa within walking distance of a very pleasant town, which has all tha facilities we needed. Great location. Visit Antequera, Rond and the Lobo Park.

Lovely house in the mountains. We found the drive to the house perfectly manageable. Do take the route Pepe indicates, and not Google Maps. We followed that once; it is doable too, but a lot more challenging. It does offer beautiful views, though… The house is fully furnished, very clean, and everything you need is there. The garden is lovely and spacious. You can sit in various spots around the house. Pépé is very helpful and easy to reach should anything unexpected happen. (That was not the case or necessary for us.) If we ever return to this region, we will certainly stay here again. We were able to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing stay here.

We've been very comfortable

Fantastic villa, lovely pool, all the modern comforts, lovely quiet location. Really clean and well maintained. Quite a walk into centre of Nerja, but knew that already due to previous reviews. Taxis really cheap and plenty of them. 20 min walk to the beach and 15 min to supermarket and a restaurant. Highly recommend this villa and Rural Holidays.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. This was our second time staying there, and we were just as delighted as before. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the hosts, and the peaceful atmosphere of the villa. Furthermore, the center of Nerja is only a few minutes away, allowing for lovely evening strolls. We highly recommend this villa.

We stayed there from Thursday until Sunday morning with a group of 20 friends! Perfect, quiet location amidst mango groves. Very relaxed there! Everything was neatly arranged: the pool was clean as it should be, with artificial grass around it! The BBQ, bar, and outdoor kitchen under the veranda completed the picture. Absolutely fantastic! Contact with the owner was very pleasant; he is friendly and very relaxed! At first glance, the interior of the house seemed a bit dated, but if you looked closely, it was simply wonderfully traditionally Spanish furnished, equipped with practically every convenience! The outbuilding with extra bedrooms was neat! Beautiful, very large smart TV, which was very welcome during the World Cup! 😊

Very nice accommodation. Perfect for couples and small families. Good service. Located in a small hamlet, 5 minutes from the center, but with a tobacco shop, bakery, supermarket, and bar. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation; this is the second time we are renting Santi's beautiful house for our destination in Canillas de Albaida. The surroundings, friendliness, and helpfulness are a must. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

We booked a two-night stay for a group of 12 and had a fantastic time. The pool is large and well-located. The rooms are very comfortable. The only drawback, if I had to mention something that could be improved, is the pool table, which has a broken leg and isn't quite up to standard; they could replace it. Overall, everything was excellent. 9/10

This was our second time staying at the villa, and we were delighted to return. The grounds are quite spacious, offering several options for sitting or sunbathing. The sun loungers have new, very comfortable cushions. Two outdoor grills are available. We were thrilled with the fantastic pool. We were very happy with the beds. The living room is tastefully furnished and includes a fireplace and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The stunning view from the balcony all the way to the sea is also worth mentioning. Last but not least, we must commend the very competent and helpful host(s). Thank you so much; we would definitely book this accommodation again.

Spectacular. When you're in the hotel business, you're always demanding, and most of us who stayed here were. Eighteen people, and we'd all give it a 10. The house is meticulously maintained; everything you could possibly want is there. The barbecue area is incredible, and it even has a wood-fired pizza oven. Everything is brand new, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The owner is wonderful, always available for any questions before and during our stay. The pool area is a true paradise with mountain views. The sunsets while lounging in a hammock with those views are incredible. If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate; you won't regret it. The house is even better than it looks in the photos.

Positive experience ++ Everything is functional, the pool is very nice and clean, and it's not far from Nerja. Keep in mind that you absolutely need a vehicle to access the accommodation. If I could suggest one thing to change, it would be the double bed, which is a bit small for two people to sleep comfortably.

It's been great, and if you're traveling with a pet, be aware that the property isn't fully fenced.

Villa Torrox is an ideal holiday destination for a couple looking to escape the hustle and bustle. The villa offers all the comforts described on the website. It is a perfect place to stay, and communication with the owner is smooth. The slight background noise of the highway in the distance did not detract from our excellent stay.

A wonderful experience, so peaceful, I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it. The staff were friendly, attentive, and above all, the place was clean and surrounded by nature.

Whether it's about the fantastic property, the beautiful house, the magnificent pool, the stunning landscape, the excursion options, etc., we wholeheartedly agree! However, our hosts, Isabel, Alfonso, and Paplo, deserve a special mention. Such warmth and hospitality are hard to find. Isabel was always available, always willing to help and explain everything calmly and patiently. We felt as if we had arrived as strangers and left as friends. The four of us spent one of our most wonderful holidays in Spain, and for that, we sincerely thank Isabel and her family!

What we liked most was how well equipped the house was for a comfortable family stay. It had everything we needed, and we immediately felt at home. The breathtaking views of the Andalusian countryside were unforgettable, and the pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off after a day of sightseeing. The peaceful setting made our stay especially enjoyable.

A peaceful place, ideal for relaxing. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and thanks to the nearby highway, day trips are easily arranged. Even in warm weather, the house remains pleasantly cool, and there are plenty of shady spots outside. The owner's service is exemplary. Always friendly and willing to help with questions or problems. We are already looking forward to many more wonderful holidays in the coming years.

Great place. Perfect size for a couple. Pool really does look as good as in the pictures. Very remote and well off the main road. Once you find it though this is fine. Local agent was very helpful in giving us directions once we were lost. Would visit again

A beautiful holiday home, located in a quiet area, well-equipped, clean, and with very friendly and helpful owners. We felt very comfortable there and would love to return.

It is a fantastic house. It is wonderfully spacious and everything you need is there. Supermarket and butcher within walking distance, and nice villages in the area. Large garden with a very nice swimming pool.

The cottage is very tidy and everything is new. The host stops by every two days to clean the pool and is never too reluctant to give tips about the area, villages, and restaurants. The view from the cottage is stunning. The road to the cottage is quite steep uphill with three sharp hairpin bends at the beginning, but after that, it is manageable. It might be difficult to reach with a sports car, but perfectly doable with any other car.

The location of the finca is ideal for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. The finca is very well-equipped, offers ample space, and exactly matches the impression given by the photos. The owner, Miguel, is very friendly and always available for questions or anything similar. Should any problems arise—we had a minor one—Miguel resolved them quickly. Communication is only possible in Spanish, and although I don't speak Spanish, we still understood each other well. The access road is completely paved and easily navigable (only some sections are a bit bumpy). We have already booked this finca for 2027.

We had a wonderful stay in this magnificent villa. The owners are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always available to meet our needs. The house was spotless upon our arrival and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool and garden were regularly maintained, which greatly contributed to our well-being. Located in a quiet and peaceful village, this villa is the ideal place to recharge. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and hope to return soon.

The cortijo is in a lovely tranquil location, with amazing views from the terrace. It's a great place to relax and unwind and appreciate the beauty around. The pool is an ideal way to cool off when it gets hot. Manuel, the owner, is very helpful and provided wonderful tasty produce from his garden

My husband and I rented this lovely house for one week. We received a very warm and friendly welcome, enjoyed a relaxing stay, and found the surroundings to be peaceful and tranquil. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Everything was to our complete satisfaction

We (38 and 40 years old) were looking for a little house where we could relax, and we found exactly that with Casa. A house equipped with everything you could need. The highlight was the view and the pool, secluded on the mountain – perfect for a holiday. You need a powerful car to get up the mountain, but this climb is precisely what makes the house so exclusive. We would book Ruraldays again anytime.

The house was clean, lovely to be outside, there was always a spot in the shade. We really liked having three bedrooms and the air conditioning worked well too. The view was beautiful. Friendly people at the house who were always helpful with questions. The location was perfect, in the mountains with complete peace and quiet, but also close to the beach and beautiful villages.

My partner and I spent two days there, and everything was perfect.

As a couple, we spent two wonderful weeks at the property. The location is fantastic for those seeking peace and quiet (although it's normal to hear the occasional dog barking). The interior is magnificent: comfortable beds, a large sofa, two excellent bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The exterior is a dream: comfortable sun loungers, parasols, seating areas, lemon trees, rosemary, and mint that invite you to cook. The pool and outdoor shower were undoubtedly the best part. We had an excellent relationship with Katerina and her father (he only came to look after the pool and garden after we asked if it was alright with him).

We cannot recommend this villa enough. It has everything you could need and it is close enough to supermarkets like Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona. The drive up and down the mountain is stunning and the actual village of Sayalonga is lovely, the owner’s restaurant is close to the villa “Mesón Morisco” and it was delicious! The views from the villa are amazing and the pool is fantastic. It was ideal for our family of four, including two little ones under two. The villa itself is immaculate and one of the nicest places we have stayed. The owner is really friendly and helpful who made the whole experience even better. We had a fantastic stay here! I would say you definitely need a car to appreciate the area - there is lots to explore. Not too far from the likes of Malaga City and Benalmadena too which we also loved exploring.

Beautiful place with a phenomenal view. The house is super neat and clean and highly recommended for anyone who loves peace and nature. You can see the griffon vultures soaring overhead right from your house, it's amazing.

Overall, a very good experience. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. The bedding was perfect. One thing to note: the accommodation is located on a farm, and there are a lot of flies around the pool. Sometimes they bother you so much that it's impossible to use the outdoor areas.

We had a wonderful stay and a fantastic holiday. The accommodation was perfect, but it's a shame there's a 4km stretch of road that's a bit dangerous; you need a high-clearance car to avoid damaging it on the stones on the road to the house. Otherwise, everything else was perfect: the beach and several beautiful towns to visit. 🥰🥰❤️❤️

Without a doubt, it's one of the best places we've ever visited, if you love the countryside, of course. The house is exquisitely decorated and has all sorts of amenities. It's a house where you can feel completely at ease. The grounds, for those of us who love the countryside, are simply spectacular: the house is sheltered by a variety of trees, including a linden tree that fills the air with sweet aromas. Two beautiful aviaries and some animal pens (far enough away not to disturb your peace and quiet, yet close enough for you to enjoy them) complete the lovely setting. The rest is olive groves and the sounds of birds. Truly a little piece of heaven on earth. The owners are, quite simply, wonderful people. Our sincerest thanks to them all for their kindness and friendliness.

The cleanliness was excellent, the equipment was top-notch, and the facilities couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful villa close to Fragiliana and Nerja

We were welcomed by Paco and Pepi. The 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, were very clean. The pool with sunbeds and parasols was lovely to be there with everyone. The BBQ was great. We had good contact with them via WhatsApp. A complete, large kitchen and living room for the six of us. These people are so friendly; I had forgotten our passports in the villa. Then Paco personally brought them to our next location! Where do you find this anymore?

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful house near Málaga. The house is spacious, very clean, and exceptionally well-equipped – it had everything you could possibly need. We were particularly impressed by how modern, new, and well-maintained everything was. Nothing looked worn out or shabby. Our absolute highlight was the outdoor kitchen. You spend almost all your time outside anyway – with the pool, the view, and the lovely atmosphere, it is simply perfect. The pool was cleaned regularly, the owners were very friendly and easy to reach, and communication was smooth. Everything was easy to find and use on site. The view is breathtaking, and we also really enjoyed the nearby town of Alozaina. There you will find a supermarket and everything else you need for daily life. A small tip for anyone planning a workation: the Wi-Fi works fine in the house, but is not really suitable for use by the pool. Perhaps this could be improved – then everything would be truly perfect. Otherwise, we can wholeheartedly recommend this house. For us, it was an almost perfect holiday destination.

It was a wonderful stay. The outdoor area, in particular, was perfect. There were options for sitting in the shade, but also lovely spots in the sun. And, of course, let's not forget the lovely pool. The location was great, about a 20-minute walk from the restaurants and beach in Torrox Costa, yet still a place with plenty of peace and privacy. Miguel was a good host and fast in responding. We stayed there with our family (two children over 10) and were thrilled with the view, the lovely terrace, and the swimming pool. It truly is an oasis of tranquility for unwinding. We lacked nothing; the finca is fully equipped. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the internet connection/Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The drive from the main road is a bit of an adventure – a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. You also need a car for groceries or going out for dinner. But we were aware of this remote location and actually wanted that. Oh yes, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, which we didn't use. The owner was very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information. Everything was perfectly arranged.

Sandra was a great host and her villa was a relaxing place for our holiday. The memorable points were the terrace and the pool. Sandra's place is within 5-10 minutes walk of a decent restaurant. The Aircon is in the lounge with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and groceries can be bought about 15 minutes walk away. Bigger supermarkets about 20 mins drive. Frigiliana and Nerja are both good places to visit within 45 mins drive.

Beautiful surroundings in the hills, and Competa is a nice town with all amenities. The house itself is spacious and clean, and the swimming pool is super nice and was also cleaned regularly during my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace and a clean environment.

The large swimming pool, which is cleaned by the owner several times a week, is particularly beautiful and always sparkling. Thanks to the ingenious design, there is a shady spot to relax at any time of day. The estate is situated on a hilltop and offers breathtaking views of the beautiful Andalusian landscape. The peace, quiet, and proximity to nature are very soothing. Shopping is also very convenient. There are good options in El Gastor, Algodonales, and Olvera, just a short distance away. Many thanks to Eloisa for her kindness and attentiveness. We were very pleased with the purchase she handled for us, and the handover of the estate keys was a very pleasant experience. All important information was explained to us clearly and in detail. We can easily imagine returning here for two weeks in two or three years. The owner was very kind. The thoughtful touch of providing both shower and pool towels was appreciated. The house is very well-equipped. It's true that one bedroom is inside another; if you're not very comfortable with each other, it might be a little awkward. Otherwise, it was excellent. The outdoor area is spectacular, and the pool is very nice and clean.
