We were without power the first two nights, but the owner was very kind at all times and tried to fix everything as quickly as possible. We can't complain. It is easy to find using Google Maps and is also well signposted. Landlord Cristobal is simply a wonderful landlord and person! He is very friendly, hospitable, we felt very welcome. Cristobal and his wife gave us a warm welcome with wine and Spanish delicacies and also surprised us with figs, bread, eggs, etc. We were very happy every time we met him, even if we had to communicate a lot with our hands and feet due to our lack of Spanish skills - Google Translate helped us with more complicated issues. The outdoor facilities were maintained very discreetly, but Cristobal was always available if we had any questions. Conclusion Absolutely great! We can warmly recommend Villa Tere 2. This was the best holiday home we have ever booked and the best landlord we have ever had. The bar is now set high ;-)

Villa and kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might ever need and the main town and the beach are only a short € 10, - 12, journey away by taxi. The underground garage keeps your (hire) car cool and out the sun and the garden & pool are maintained during your stay. We will definitely book again.

Ideal for disconnecting and enjoying with the children

We had a nice and beautiful holiday with the whole family. Everything was there and the owner was always available if necessary. The pool and garden were maintained twice a week. Beautiful surroundings, only we would have liked to be a bit closer to more touristic places. We were on average 45-60 minutes on the way to the city, but that is personal for everyone and certainly did not make our holiday less.

The place is great but they should update the photos because due to water restrictions there are stones instead of grass. There is a different color in the rooms. Some maintenance would be good. In summary, if I give it a 10 in the photos, in reality it is a 7-8. I would definitely go back because the tranquility and the surroundings make up for the rest. The treatment with Jorge was great. Not recommended with children due to the different slopes and steps.

A quiet stay of 10, very good housekeeping, perfect communication with Isa who manages the house, plenty of pool towels, kitchen, bathroom. They leave you water and a bottle of wine, as well as basic spices, olive oil, product/equipment for washing dishes. You can see that the owner has thought carefully, unlike other rural houses that I have already rented in Andalusia. For 6 people, I can already see the small house, and especially the refrigerator. With 2 people, we were very tight, with food/drink for 3 days.

We spent 15 days in Béatriz's villa. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children. We had a very good stay there. The house is built in traditional Andalusian style, is very beautiful, very welcoming and has traditional Spanish charm. The walls of the house are very thick and keep it cool, which also reduces outside noise. The surrounding landscapes are beautiful. We were very well received by Beatriz and her mother. The house has everything you need, it is clean, functional and nothing was missing. Beatriz made sure that we came several times during our stay to clean the pool and bring us local delicacies. As for the accessibility of the house, it is true that it is located at the height of a conventional road. This is a circuit where you sometimes have to go up in first gear because the slopes are quite steep. But since we did it several times during our stay, it is quite doable, you have to be careful of course, but the locals that you may meet are used to it and know how to maneuver very well. We counted 12 minutes of track. Sayalonga is 10 minutes away and the surrounding towns with shops such as Lidl, Mercadona are in Algarrobo and a large shopping center called Eroski is in Torre del Mar less than 30 minutes away. Contrary to what was said in a comment, once in Algarrobo you are by the sea, moreover, if you go down from Sayalonga you have a view of the sea. The house was very clean, the bedding and linens were new, there were no pests except mosquitoes. There are mosquito nets on the windows, but they are very small mosquitoes that manage to enter the house. We made a habit of using insecticides, closing the doors and then ventilating, and we had no problems. The appliances were also new and we had no problems with the equipment. The house is equipped with a very good Wi-Fi connection. We took advantage of our stay in the house to visit other surrounding towns and we also enjoyed the house. The only negative point we could note is the addition of air conditioning. It is a very good holiday home to relax, in rural and traditional style.

The different air conditioners allowed us to cool all the rooms well, which was also very pleasant for us. The nice thing about this place is that there are many nice seats and corners. As we already knew, you have to drive 1.5 km on a dirt road to this place, but that was no problem. You will always have to drive a bit off road in this area if you want to have such a beautiful view. Finally, Pepe and Patricia are very friendly and easy to communicate with. All this together made our experience with this location perfect! So, definitely recommended!

In the evening the water disappeared in the entire area, early in the morning the owner immediately came to arrange something that there was water. For me for repetition.

I can’t rate this villa highly enough , it has everything. Having stayed in several villas over the years I have to rate this as the best we’ve stayed at. It was so peaceful and the views are the best ever. The villa itself had everything you could ask for and it was immaculately clean and tidy. There was so many different areas in the garden to relax, all with fantastic views. The pool was a very good size and the billiards table kept us entertained for hours. A special mention for the host Eric, he was so friendly and if you needed him he was there in 10 minutes! He also made us some lovely croissants and helped make this the most enjoyable holiday we’ve had. Thank you

Great finca, fantastic view, beautiful outdoor area with a great pool. The finca itself is very tastefully decorated. All rooms have air conditioning, comfortable mattresses and plenty of space. You can really switch off and relax. Small problems at the finca are resolved very quickly. The driveway is a bit special and not necessarily something for novice drivers. Another parasol or awning would be nice, as there is not enough space with 6 loungers and 1 parasol. Unfortunately there is no basic equipment, salt, pepper or oil, so bring it with you when you go shopping for the first time. We would love to come back again

We visited Frigiliana's mountains for the second time and we were completely fascinated. The view from the finca is amazing. Nerja is always worth a visit. Beautiful beaches, great old streets and a number of excursion options. Frigiliana's old town and all the small shops are a must-see. The restaurants were all good and not overpriced for four adults.

The house is located in a mountain 1 or 2 km from the village in the middle of the olive fields the view is magnificent and the calm is relaxing. Arriving at the house we were pleasantly surprised by the exterior, the swimming pool is very well maintained and the setting is NOT OVERLOOKED and surrounded by a lawn on one side with facilities to enjoy the sun by the pool or under the straw huts that protect you from it. There is a barbecue with several dining areas to enjoy the moment directly. The interior is also a living room with a semi-open equipped kitchen with a bar, it is very well thought out: using the rustic side while keeping the modernity, it is very good The bedrooms are spacious even if the double beds are a little small (it is gluttony) The bathrooms are excellent, we really appreciated the taps and showers. We stayed 8 days and overall it went very well We had two problems, one of which was resolved by the host: - A dog entered the property at night, which scared the children and scared us a little in terms of security, the host reassured us by coming to check the fence. The dog re-entered a second time at 4am and started barking. This woke us up and scared everyone, then a power cut happened at the same time (I'll let you imagine the scene) More fear than harm, the dog left and the electricity was back on but that didn't reassure us any more knowing that we are isolated in the middle of the fields. Apart from this mishap everything was fine and the host was very responsive in resolving the problems encountered Malaga is 40 minutes more or less by car which allowed us to make several round trips. I highly recommend this house, we had a good time, we rested well and the children had a lot of fun.

The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away by car. The relationship with the owner was very good, everything we needed was arranged immediately. Good to realize that you have to take a challenging bumpy and narrow (mountain) road to get to the house. This was a reason for us not to go out in the dark.
