Holiday home in Torrox, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This authentic property is located in the splendid environment of the hills that back Torrox Costa, thus providing a wonderful setting for rejoicing in your well-deserved holidays. Besides, its location lets you enjoy the beach, located 3 km far, and reach all the main cities, as the highway is just 1 km far. As soon as you get here, you will discover a cosy property, decorated with exquisite rustic details and all the facilities that you and your family may need.

Moreover, you will even have the chance of collecting the products of the semi-ecological vegetable garden for free. Here, you will find seasonal products, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, fava beans, garlic, onions, sugar canes, and tropical products, such as avocadoes, mangoes, pitayas, lychees, and so on. In it, there also is a henhouse, where you can collect fresh eggs during your whole stay, for free.

The 46-sq-mt house is ideal for a family of four people. It's also provided with access for people with reduced mobility, as it features ramps from the parking to the house. Inside the house, you will find a cosy living space. On the right, a fully equipped kitchen provides all the kitchenware and appliances needed during a long stay; on the left, there is a comfortable sofa and a TV that also broadcasts French channels. A bathroom with a shower is also accessible from the living room.

Then, you will discover the two bedrooms of the house. The master bedroom is 9-sq-mt wide, and it features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom, which is a bit smaller, is equipped with two twin beds.

The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con and a portable stove that is provided during winter stays.

The outdoor area features a 30-sq-mt porch, which is the perfect place for enjoying your meals "al fresco". The 6-place dining table, the brick-built BBQ and the oven ensure all the comforts that you could think of. The cherry on the pie is the spectacular panorama that goes from the valley before you to the Mediterranean Sea.

On the right side of the house, there is a lovely private pool, provided with sun loungers and a parasol that guarantee a relaxing and stress-free stay. From the pool area, a staircase leads down to the outdoor bathroom with a shower.

The access to the house, which also relies on a fenced parking lot, is possible via a 100-mt unpaved lane.
