Charming villa with rustic style in Coin

Two bedrooms are provided with one double bed each, whereas the third one has one single bed. There are two bathrooms with shower at your disposal, so that you and four more people will enjoy all the privacy you need. The cosy living area is sure to remind you of the most typical rural accommodation, as it is distributed in a living room with comfortable sofas and a stove, a dining area with a useful 6-place table, and a completely equipped galley corner, located right behind the main door. This way, you can keep an eye on the delicious meals cooking on the vitro-ceramic hot plate, at the same time that you have a chat with your beloved ones. Lastly, know that this area is also equipped with a warm/cool AC.

The outdoor area is composed of a huge patio, surrounded by hills and enclosed by a high fence. There is a covered porch on the back, where a barbeque and an outdoor dining area are located. An oval-shaped private pool faces the porch, and it is flanked by comfortable sun loungers. Tall palm trees provide the shadow needed when the sun rays become too hot.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 350 mt-long unpaved lane.
