Great Andalusian house with pool - privacy guaranteed

Rural house located in Arenas, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

This magnificent rural house is a true paradise on earth. Once you arrive here, you'll realize that it's equipped with all the amenities you could ask for to fully enjoy your vacation. It features one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk-style single bed. Another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Finally, there is another bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom with a bathtub.

The large living-dining room features comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a dining table, while the large windows allow light to flow throughout the room. The TV broadcasts Spanish and French pay channels, as well as some basic German channels. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to test your skills as a chef.

The house has cold/hot air conditioning in the four bedrooms and in the living room.

The outdoor area is the ideal place to spend warm summer nights. It features a private pool with illuminated surroundings, and a covered porch with an outdoor dining area. At the back of the house, there is a barbecue.

Access to the house is via a 1 km lane at an elevation of 300 meters. This gives the rural house complete privacy and the opportunity to enjoy incredible views of the Axarquía mountains and the nearby valley.

The lane is characterized by curves and bumps typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
