This beautiful holiday home sits above the town of El Borge, at 230 metres above sea level. That's the only thing you need to know to imagine the breathtaking views that you will enjoy from here: from the smooth hills of the valley, dotted with whitewashed houses, down to the bluest Mediterranean Sea. Once here, you will enjoy the privacy and quietness, thanks to which you will fall in love with the house's setting in a matter of seconds.
The rustic ambience of the indoor space mingles with the modern-day comforts of the rooms, thus guaranteeing the most relaxing stay for you and your loved ones. Wooden furniture, terracotta floors, brick details and modern equipment, all come together to provide the most welcoming atmosphere. The double-height living space welcomes two comfortable sofa beds, which are ideal for sleeping a relaxing siesta. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living space, as is the dining table for six people.
The holiday home is also provided with three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two twin beds. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub, complete the layout of the rental.
The bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con. The fireplace in the living room is ideal for warming the lounge space up.
Outside, you can easily imagine yourself having endless fun with your loved ones, especially in the covered leisure area. Here, you will find a chill-out area, a wall-mounted TV, a football table and a pool table: everything you could need to enjoy even the (rare) cloudy days. And when the sun shines, make the most of the rest of the outdoor space: the covered dining area and the nearby BBQ, the sun loungers and parasols for relaxing by the pool, and the private pool itself. While swimming and refreshing in it, you will also be able to rejoice in the spectacular vistas.
The house is 7 km far from the towns of Moclinejo and Almáchar, where the closest pharmacy, supermarkets and restaurants are located. From the main road, there is a 4-km dirt track up to the house.
