Holiday home near Osuna, in the province of Seville, Andalucia.

This 120-sq-mt holiday home is set in a 14,000-sq-mt, fully fenced plot overlooking the Sierra Sur of Seville. The house is located in a splendid environment that guarantees unforgettable holidays for up to eight people. You and your family will be able to unwind and rejoice in the quietness that characterises the area, and you won't want to leave anytime soon.

The high ceiling and rustic decoration can be found in all the rooms of the villa, which provide an authentic rural atmosphere. The main room is a 37-sq-mt, double-height dining-living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, a majestic fireplace, satellite TV and opening onto the backyard patio. Nearby, the independent kitchen is fully equipped, which lets you and your family prepare all the specialities you may want to taste while on holidays.

The most important rooms are, however, the sleeping area, where the whole family can regain their strengths. There are four bedrooms in the villa, two with a double bed each (135x190cm), and two with two twin beds each (90x190cm). Two bathrooms, featuring a walk-in shower each, complete the layout of the villa.

The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air-con.

The spectacular outdoor area allows you and your beloved ones to rejoice in the gorgeous views of the mountains of the Sierra Sur. There are pergolas and chill-out spots perfect for relaxing, a magnificent private pool with Roman end steps, a wooden porch for dining "al fresco", and a stone BBQ area. Therefore, you will find the perfect spot for unwinding and sunbathing, sure that relaxing will be your only "worry".

The access to the house is via an unpaved lane.
