Holiday house for 6 people located in Villanueva del Rosario, province of Malaga, Andalusia
This beautiful villa located in the Antequera region, is perfectly located to visit cities in Andalusia such as Malaga and Granada.
The house is decorated and equipped with everything you need to fully enjoy a fantastic vacation.
All the rooms are distributed on one floor. It has a double bedroom with a matrimonial bed and two double bedrooms with two beds. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A dining room with fireplace. A fully equipped independent kitchen. It also has a toilet. In addition, there are two sofa beds.
On the outside the house offers a large garden of 1500m2. A table and chairs protected by a tent to provide shade. A large porch furnished with garden furniture. A porch. A private pool with loungers for sunbathing.
It also has a parking space for 3 cars. The house is fully fenced for total security.
Pets are allowed on request. In case of being admitted by the owner, pets will not be able to enter the house, so an outside area has been set up exclusively for pets.
