A relaxing setting in the countryside of Malaga is what you will find if you choose to spend your holidays here. The comforts provided inside the villa and the fabulous outdoor area guarantee the most fantastic stay for you and your family.
The single-storey house features a split-level living area, equipped with comfortable armchairs and sofas that will be your and your family's favourite spot for relaxing. A fabulous fireplace is also located in the living room; however, this is not the only fireplace of the house, as another one occupies part of the independent kitchen. In the latter, you will find all the electric appliances that you could need to feel at home, as well as a dining table and even a sofa.
The layout of the house also welcomes two bathrooms and four bedrooms, which are fitted with comfortable beds and are elegantly decorated to ensure an unforgettable stay for the whole family. The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed and an en-suite with a shower; another bedroom is provided with a double bed, too. The third and fourth bedrooms are fitted with two twin beds each, and they share another bathroom with a shower.
The bedrooms and the living room are furnished with warm/cool air-con.
The house's fifth bedroom is located in a separate annexe in the pool area. This bedroom is provided with a sofa bed for two people, thus the holiday home sleeping 10.
Outside, there is a beautiful Andalusian porch, decorated with picturesque tiles, a lovely fountain and arches all around, sheltering colourful flowerpots. Another spacious porch wraps around the house, and it features outdoor furniture such as a chill-out area and a dining area for enjoying your meals "al fresco". The perfectly-maintained garden leads to the private pool, near which a covered BBQ area and an outdoor bathroom with a shower provide all the comforts that you and your loved ones need to enjoy your Andalusian holidays at best.
The access to the house is possible via a 600-mt unpaved road.
