Description
Holiday home for 10 people in Pinos Puente, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.
Located in the middle of the Granada plain, in an agricultural environment, surrounded by paths to walk and enjoy nature. It is located just 15 minutes by car from GRANADA, 45 minutes from Sierra Nevada and just 40 minutes from the tropical coast of Granada.
The house has two floors and has capacity for 10 people being full rent.
On the first floor we find a cozy living room with a fireplace and ceilings built with poplar wood, which transmit warmth in winter as well as freshness in summer, as they maintain the interior temperature.
The living room gives way to the kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction cooker, coffee maker, blender. and a pantry where you can keep her own belongings in order. On this floor there is also a cozy dining room with a window to the porch.
Through the porch we access the patio that has a full bathroom.
The patio is large enough to have barbecues and enjoy the days when the weather allows eating outdoors.
From the patio we go to the private pool area, where you can cool off at any time of the day and night.
On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with four single beds. It has a full bathroom.
