Holiday house for 8 people in Mojácar, in the province of Almería. Andalusia.
This stunning villa has been carefully designed and decorated, is light and spacious, enjoys fabulous sea views from the upper levels and is built over 3 levels.
First Floor (Ground floor)
Exterior garden entrance door and automatic double entry door for vehicles. Private parking inside for several cars, tropical garden around, several terraces, covered and uncovered, barbecue and private pool.
It consists of an entrance hall and an independent apartment for 2 people, a shower room and a living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Internal staircase to access the upper floors.
Second floor
Large living room with terraces on both sides, bar, corner with desk, toilet and 1 bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower. Fully equipped separate kitchen with wonderful sea views, dining area and covered terrace with sea views, wonderful sea views for outside dining and rear terraces. Staircase leads to the upper floor.
Fully equipped separate kitchen with fridge freezer, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all other kitchen utensils and crockery.
Separate laundry room off the kitchen with washing machine and access to the rear terrace which leads to the barbecue and pool area.
Leaving the kitchen there is a covered terrace with sea views and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Third floor
Distributor with balustrade, 2 bedrooms located one at each end of the floor, both with en-suite shower, air conditioning and ceiling fans and the master bedroom with dressing room and access to terrace enjoying sea views.
