This house, located in Montemayor (Córdoba), features a hydro fireplace. It allows the reuse of olive tree waste from the surrounding area as firewood to heat the water pipes in its seven bedrooms, living room, hallway, and bathrooms.

Additionally, El Fontanarillo boasts a terrace and porch, as well as a hot tub and private pool. In other words, it’s a fantastic place to spend your vacation.

Villa with Responsible Consumption

The owner of this house in Arenas (Málaga) offers free firewood and has a large supply, ensuring guests have plenty of wood each day. The villa has a fireplace in the living room and a solar system that heats up to 400 liters of water to a maximum temperature of 80 degrees. Moreover, the house is equipped with responsible consumption air conditioning (500 kW).

The villa features four bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a terrace, three bathrooms, and a porch. Additionally, it has a private pool.

Eco-Certified Cortijo

The Spanish Rural Tourism Association (ASETUR) has certified this cortijo with 4 spikes, which measure the level of comfort and equipment, akin to the stars of rural tourism.

Furthermore, it holds additional tourism and environmental quality certificates, such as the Andalucía Natural Park Brand and Agrotourism by ECOTUR, and the 3 Olives Certificate by the Andalusian Network of Rural Accommodations (RAAR).

For heating, this cortijo has water radiators and underfloor heating that run on biomass fuel. The water is heated with butane gas, and all the house’s light bulbs are LED.

This cortijo, located in Priego de Córdoba, has seven bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a terrace, three bathrooms, and a porch. It also features a fireplace and a pool, making it a great option for a relaxing stay in both summer and winter.

Located in Nigüelas (Granada), this house stands out because the water is heated through installed solar panels. The accommodation includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, and a living room, along with all the comforts and equipment needed for a wonderful, disconnected getaway.

The Laurel and Romero house has a fireplace and is pet-friendly. It also features a fabulous pool to cool off on hot days.
