Holiday villa in Olivares, province of Seville, Andalucia.

The fact that Seville is only 30 km from this lovely country house ensures that you’ll enjoy your holidays at complete relaxation and, at the same time, visiting the landmarks of the Andalusian capital city. The rustic decoration of the accommodation stands out in all the rooms, which guarantees the rural atmosphere you have been looking for, and, at the same time, all the comforts you are used to at home.

In the 250 square metres of the villa, you will find four spacious bedrooms, three of them with an en-suite with shower and one with an en-suite with bathtub. Two of them are furnished with one double bed and access to the outdoor patio. The third bedroom features two twin beds, one sofa bed for two people and one extra single bed. The fourth and last bedroom is equipped with one single bed and one bunk bed. This is why up to 12 people can relax in this villa and make the most of their holidays as never before. The lounge area is divided into two living rooms with fireplace and comfortable sofas. The main living room is also provided with a dining table and access to the independent kitchen, where you will find all the tools to prepare the most delicious specialities and thus surprise your family’s palates. A backyard patio is accessible from the kitchen. The villa also features a dining room with a useful, 12-place dining table.

The whole accommodation relies on warm/cool air-con (except one bedroom) and electric radiators to provide heating.

Another part of the house, which is accessible from the patio, features a massive, 40-sq-mt room that is ideal to celebrate your friend’s birthday. Attached to it, a 25-sq-mt kitchen with electric appliances and freezers is the perfect space to store the drinks until a few moments before enjoying them!

Outside, you are welcomed by a 7,000-sq-mt plot featuring a shadowed area with an outdoor dining table and a lovely, fenced private pool area with a purification system. A few sun loungers allow you and your family to sunbathe and a chill-out area to finish reading the book you’ve taken with you on holidays. The outdoors are also provided with two independent toilets, grass areas and a garage with automatic doors.

The access to the house is possible via a 50-mt unpaved lane.
