The location of the house, on a hilltop a few kilometres from the towns of Sayalonga and Algarrobo, enjoys spectacular panoramic views of the valley and the Mediterranean Sea.
The rental is the combination of three separate houses, which are rented out together, guaranteeing full privacy for you and your loved ones.
The 75-sq-mt house, located in the middle of the other two, is the biggest one and welcomes all the comforts and equipment for an unforgettable stay. The cosy dining-living room, decorated in light colours that convey relaxing vibes, welcomes comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and IPTV broadcasting more than 3,500 channels. A bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with one double bed are provided inside this house, which is therefore ideal for four people. Besides, this spectacular property features one terrace overlooking the sea, and one equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a covered area for dining "al fresco" and a chill-out space.
The second house, which is 35 square metres wide, is located on the left side of the main house. It welcomes one bathroom with a shower and a lovely bedroom with fabulous sea views. Here, you will find one double bed and one single bed, which is ideal for one child. This house is also provided with a covered porch.
Lastly, the 20-sq-mt house that faces the private pool. You will have one bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a double bed at your disposal, as well as a terrace with sea views and chill-out space.
The three houses are provided with warm/cool air-con.
The private pool is at your disposal when you long for a refreshing dip, which you will enjoy accompanied by the spectacular vistas. The poolside sun loungers are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the sunshine. The plot's equipment also features a 4-vehicle parking lot.
The access to the house is possible via a 2,2-km unpaved lane.
