This villa is located in the heart of Eastern Andalusia and is the ideal retreat if you want to experience the fullness of the Sierra Sur of Jaén, spend a few vacation days in Andalusia, visit the cities of Jaén, Córdoba, or Granada, or simply escape the noise and stress of the city.

The property spans 20,000 square meters and is divided into two parts by a road.

It is fully fenced, and along the inside of the fence, there is a row of cypress trees that further ensure the privacy of the guests.

The estate has two entrances, the main one on the North side with an automatic door and surveillance installation, and another on the West side for agricultural machinery access.

Distributed over two floors, this home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom consists of a double bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, an excellent choice for families traveling with children. The fourth bedroom has 4 single beds, and the last bedroom has 2 single beds and a bunk bed. The house also has 2 additional bathrooms with showers.

Additionally, there is a living room with a pool table and a large outdoor area with a private pool where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing dip.

Inside the estate, there is a great diversity of fruit trees and native vegetation of the area, notably a significant number of century-old holm oaks, providing a spectacular view of the surroundings. It has a microclimate within this geographic area, which allows certain plant species that are difficult to preserve in this region to thrive.

Located very close to the foothills of the Sierra de Ahillos and strategically positioned in relation to towns and cities with their respective services:

- 20 minutes from Alcalá la Real (Shops, bars, town hall, medical center, pharmacies, schools, municipal pool, library, bus service, taxi, etc.).
