The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a useful wardrobe and even an en-suite with shower; the other two bedrooms, which are provided with two single beds each, share another bathroom with shower. The spacious living area is characterised by a gorgeous stone wall, in whose corner you can find a fireplace, which you will make the most of if you choose to stay here in winter. The sofas and the dining area behind them are as comfortable as it seems. The completely equipped independent kitchen is connected to the living room through a picturesque stone arch.

The outdoor area’s most noteworthy feature is the huge private pool, from which you are granted some of the most awe-inspiring views you’ll ever see. In fact, the terrace also serves as a viewpoint, whereas the poolside sun loungers ensure you sunbathe in a calm and not-overlooked environment. There is even a small, artificial golf course with one hole and another one for playing petanque that will provide you with a lot of fun. For those who just want to relax, this house also features a porch with an outdoor dining area enjoying the same breathtaking views, which is the ideal place to breakfasts and every kind of meals. A barbeque completes this villa’s outdoor facilities.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 200-mt-long unpaved and steep lane.
