This large manor house of recent construction lies in the Costa del So, known as one of the most beautiful areas of southern Spain. Characterised by quietness and peace, this is the place to be if you want to unwind and enjoy your family’s company in a villa all comfort, which can welcome up to 10 people. Besides, its location only a 20-minute-drive from the airport of Malaga and Malaga city ensures you can choose between resting at the villa or discovering the magnificent surroundings and landmarks of Andalucia.

An elegant style characterises the 520 square metres of the villa, which also features the highest comforts you've ever enjoyed, immersed in the rustic atmosphere conveyed by the luxury building materials and details that decorate the villa. Among them, the fireplace, the coat of arms, ashlar stone, stone columns, and marble floor stand out.

The ground floor of this three-storey villa features a large entrance hall that leads to a magnificent, 70 sq-mt living area. This is divided into various areas, among which a dining and a living room with a majestic historic fireplace and comfortable sofas, along with a LED, 60” TV and a piano. From the spectacular living room, you can access a staggering, 100 sq-mt terrace overlooking the pool area, the Sierra de Mijas and even the Bay of Malaga. Here, you can enjoy the views while laying down in the chill-out area or enjoy a drink sitting around the outdoor dining table. The ground floor also welcomes a 30 sq-mt, fully-equipped independent kitchen where hi-tech electric appliances will let your inner chef out. A laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron, and a toilet complete the facilities of the floor.

The first floor welcomes three of the villa's five bedrooms. The large master bedroom features a 1.80mt-wide canopy bed, an under-staircase dressing room, and a luxury en-suite with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower, decorated with marble features. The cherry on the pie is the room's fabulous private terrace overlooking the pool area and the surrounding mountains.

One bedroom welcomes two 1.05 mt-wide single beds, and a 4-door built-in wardrobe, as well as an en-suite with bathtub. The last bedroom of the floor also features an en-suite with bathtub and a 4-door built-in wardrobe, but, in contrast with the other bedroom, it's provided with one 1.50-mt wide double bed.

The lower floor of the villa, located at the same level of the pool area, is provided with two bedrooms. One has one 1.50-mt wide double bed and a large, built-in wooden wardrobe. The other features two single beds (0.90 mt wide) and a 2-door built-in wardrobe. A full bathroom with bathtub, bidet and washbasin, decorated with rustic furniture, is at your disposal. On this floor, you will also find another living room with fireplace and a 47” TV , as well as a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the pool area.

The whole villa is provided with underfloor heating and warm/cool air-con.

The outside of the villa features a splendid covered porch with a chill-out area and a 6-place dining area. There's also a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, which lets you enjoy being among pans and cooking for the whole family as you rejoice in the splendid weather of Andalucia.

The fabulous salt-water private pool with a beach-like entrance is another noteworthy feature of the 4,500 sq-mt plot. The pool also welcomes a huge Jacuzzi, a quaint stone bridge, lovely night lighting and even a waterfall. A large terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture surrounds the pool. Two well-maintained lawned areas provide shelter under a centenary carob tree, under whose shadow you will read, eat, chat or simply unwind. On the right side of the pool, there is a nice stone house that’s been converted into the BBQ area.

The plot features a vegetable garden with 15 different varieties of fruit trees (orange trees, tangerine, apricot trees, figs, pear trees, and so on). Depending on the time of the year you’ll stay at the villa, you are given the possibility to taste all different flavours. The rest of the outdoor area is filled with charming gardens with majestic palm trees, ancient olive trees and many rustic objects. At night, you can either choose to enjoy the starry sky or illuminate the ambience thanks to the warm lighting.

The property is completely fenced, with a 2 mt-high brick wall, which ensures complete privacy and quietness to all the guests of the villa throughout their stay. The access to the villa is made possible thanks to a paved lane.

  • Over 60 days before the arrival: 75% of the total down payment
  • Less than or equal to 60 days before arrival: 100% of the total down payment
