Located in a privileged area, just 300 meters from the iconic Playa del Bunker de Atlanterra, this villa is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. Surrounded by landscaped areas and a private pool where you can enjoy spectacular views and unforgettable sunsets.

A fantastic covered porch with a charcoal barbecue, ideal for organizing delicious outdoor meals, gives us access to the house. Inside, a living area with a gabled roof, very comfortable and cozy, features a fireplace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying with family or friends. From here, we move on to the dining and kitchen area, an open and fully equipped space where modern furniture and decoration blend with the villa's classic structure, giving it a very personal touch that will make your stay special.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a restroom for your convenience, serving the entire floor.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which are double with en-suite bathrooms and showers, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (90 cm), perfect for the littlest ones, plus a shared bathroom.

- The villa features air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living-dining room, as well as fans in the living room to maintain a pleasant temperature at all times, TV with Spanish channels, and Wi-Fi connection so you feel at home.

- For reasons of hygiene and tranquility, pets are not allowed (strict policy).

- The use of the barbecue is free of charge. However, it must be cleaned after use. If left uncleaned, €100 will be deducted from the deposit to cover cleaning costs.

- ACCESS AND PARKING: The villa has an access ramp with a steep slope and a very slippery surface, making it impossible to guarantee vehicle access into the property. Some vehicles may manage to ascend the ramp, but it should be noted that this would be done at the guest's own risk.
For this reason, we expressly recommend leaving vehicles outside the property and parking on the street located just at the bottom of the villa, then accessing on foot from there. It is important to note that this is public street parking and not reserved spots for the villa. Especially during weekends and peak periods, if guests leave with the vehicle, they might find it challenging to park nearby again.

**Flexible Arrival Time:** We will adapt to your arrival time as much as possible. If other guests are departing on the same day, the villa may not be ready before 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM, as our cleaning team may still be working.

If you arrive earlier and the cleaning is still ongoing, there will be no problem. Our agency hours are 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and during that time, we will accompany you to the villa so you can leave your belongings there. You can then return when the house is ready.

Approximately one week before your stay, we will send you the check-in details. If you plan to arrive after 3:00 PM, you can contact us for self-check-in instructions.
