Description
Holiday house for 10 people in Puebla de Don Fadrique, in the province of Granada, in Andalusia.
This house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor is the living room, which is spacious and bright and has several armchairs and a sofa, which are grouped around a low table and in front of the television and the fireplace. Behind the sofa is the dining table, where you can meet and eat in company. The kitchen is independent and has everything necessary for the use of guests, since it is equipped, among other things, with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, kitchenware, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.
Also on this floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the upper floor, as soon as you reach the hall, you proceed to the three en-suite bedrooms, that is, each with its own bathroom.
The outside area is very spacious, completely landscaped and with concrete paths. It has a large barbecue, perfect for cooking and spending time in company, and then there is the pool, large and beautiful, 7 meters wide by 11 meters long, with several sun loungers where you can lie down and sunbathe. In addition, next to the pool there is a small roof with chairs, to rest from the sun in the shade.
The villa is completely fenced and thanks to its good location, close to the town but outside of it, it offers privacy and relaxation, ideal for achieving the long-awaited rest.
