This fabulous two-story residence is located in the hills surrounding Iznate, in the western area of the Málaga province. The panoramic views and the tranquility offered will guarantee you an unforgettable stay to share with the whole family. Additionally, its authentic design and well-maintained furniture ensure all the comforts you might need.

The ground floor features a round-shaped living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, ideal for taking relaxing naps, a fireplace, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by picturesque brick arches. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed, and the other has two single beds.

On the upper floor, a round-shaped bedroom provides a double bed and access to a spectacular private terrace with views of the hills. Here, you can relax thanks to the outdoor table and fall in love with the surrounding landscape. The upper floor also includes a bathroom with a shower.

The entire house is equipped with cold/heat air conditioning.

The outdoor area features a charming porch with two dining tables and loungers for relaxation. At the back, a brick barbecue allows you to prepare delicious meals to share with the whole family. The icing on the cake is undoubtedly the private pool, which allows you to cool off and enjoy the warm atmosphere. The loungers around the pool are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Lastly, the views of the hills surrounding the house can be enjoyed while resting in the perfectly maintained garden.

Access to the house is possible via a 50-meter dirt track.

The track is characterized by curves and bumps typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
