Holiday home for 6 people in Chiclana, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
Located next to an ideal pine forest to rest, without noise and very well located in an area very close to the Roosters, ample parking area for several cars. The whole plot is walled to maintain privacy.
It has 110m2 on a plot of 500m2.
The pool has approximate measures of 9x4 in perfect state of cleanliness and conservation, it has comfortable sunbeds, also an area with a very comfortable artificial garden of 38 m.
The porch of the house is glazed and has air conditioning, has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, butane fires, fridge etc, table with chairs and a large and comfortable sofa, to fully enjoy the outside, we also have a large barbecue to prepare your meals next to the porch. Next to this is an outside toilet so you don't have to enter the house. The access door to the plot is automatic.
The whole house has Wifi internet and air conditioning in all its rooms, pvc windows with safety glass and mosquito nets in all windows and doors. At the entrance we have a comfortable and functional 30m2 room, large sofa and with the possibility of making a bed for up to two people, table with six chairs, 47 ”flat TV with Smart tv and satellite TV with Movistar tv.
In the master bedroom you will enjoy a 180cm King size bed with a double bathroom, consisting of two sinks and a large modern shower tray. We have another bedroom with two bunk beds ideal for children and a dressing room closet of 4 meters. A third bedroom with a 150cm bed next to it is a second full bathroom with shower. You will also find a large and beautiful kitchen, with all kinds of equipment, induction hob, oven, six cutlery dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, TV etc.
The house is fully equipped with modern furniture and a selected decoration, the mattresses in the bedrooms are high-end Flex, we take care of the utensils with sheets and towels of good quality.
If you need it, you can request Highchair and Baby Travel Cot.
