Description
Holiday home for 15 people in Huércal-Overa, in the province of Almería, Andalusia.
It is a totally independent house with capacity for a maximum of 15 people. Newly renovated, equipped and decorated with exquisite taste.
The entrance of the house is at street level and surrounded by a garden. On the ground floor we can find two double rooms with a double bed in each room.
Both rooms are very spacious and bright, both have air conditioning, one of them even has a fireplace.
On this same floor there is a full bathroom with shower, large and well equipped. The semi-open kitchen to the living room has a dining area with a very large table, it is very equipped and new. The living room has air conditioning and access to the terrace.
On the upper floor, which is accessed by an internal staircase, there is a very large room with capacity for a maximum of 4 people, distributed in a double bed and two single beds. You will also find a desk, a very large closet and plenty of space. This room is the only one on the top floor.
From the living room there is access to the garden and to the right there is a wing of the house in which we find three more bedrooms and a full bathroom, also with a shower. The three rooms in this wing of the house are all very sunny, they have ceiling fans and separate entrance from the garden, two of these rooms have a double bed each and the third room has three single beds.
In the center of the garden there is a swimming pool with Roman steps, a lawn area, sun loungers and several umbrellas.
On the other side of the garden there is an equipped indoor dining room where you will find a fridge, but open to the garden. The barbecue area has a sink with running water. In another area of the garden, under some trees you will find another rest area with a table and four chairs.
