Holiday home 3 km from Villanueva del Trabuco, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
The authentic charm of this house allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the middle of nature, as it lets you disconnect and recharge your batteries, accompanied by all the necessary quietness.
The house is spread over two floors and sleeps 10. On the upper floor, you will find five bedrooms: three have a double bed and the other one is equipped with two single beds. This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub.
Another bathroom with a bathtub is located on the ground floor, together with a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room with fireplace and sofas, and the fully equipped independent kitchen.
The house is provided with central heating.
The outdoor space features a lovely porch with a dining table and a beautiful lawn area with a private pool, sun loungers and a covered barbecue. In the surroundings of the house, you can enjoy long walks enveloped by olive trees and holm oaks, while you enjoy the quietness and pure rural atmosphere that characterize the countryside.
Access to the house is via a 2.3-km dirt track.
