As soon as you reach this quiet, single-storey accommodation, you’ll know that you are going to spend some relaxing holidays here. First of all, you’ll be met by a double ceiling entrance hall, where a sofa and a dining table are located. The height of the ceiling helps the light flood in and illuminate every corner of this room. On the left side of the room, you will find a hallway leading to one bedroom with a double bed and picturesque wooden beams. You will find this material throughout the house, which conveys a rustic atmosphere, typical of the holiday homes of the area. This area also welcomes a bathroom with bathtub. The entrance hall, which can be considered as a living room, leads off into a second living area, provided with a sofa, a dining area, a fantastic fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen. From here, you can access the other two bedrooms of the villa, one with one double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as one bathroom with a spacious shower. The bedrooms and the living area are provided with warm/cool air-con.

In the outdoor area, you will find an old stable facing the pool, which has been converted into the owner’s storage room. There are no animals there, and you will have exclusive use of the property, as the owner uses this building only when the house is not being rented out.

The outdoors of the villa are another noteworthy feature of the accommodation, which you can’t help but enjoy during your whole stay. In fact, here you will find a huge covered porch, where dining and chill-out areas are located. On the other side of the porch, there is the brick barbeque, which is the best option to cook delicious grilled meat and enjoy your family’s company. To top it all, the porch faces a spectacular private pool, where sun loungers will provide the most relaxing moments at the sound of the water dripping from the fountain and the breeze blowing through the leaves of the surrounding trees. You will experience a truly relaxing experience; you can bet on it!

The access to the villa is made possible by a pending, 350 mt-long paved lane, which ensures all the privacy you and your family will need to spend your holidays at best.
