This fabulous holiday home sleeps 13. It's located close to Malaga city, thus being the perfect spot to spend your holidays with your family and friends, share unforgettable moments and enjoy day-trips to the capital city of the Costa del Sol and fall in love with its beautiful Old Town.

The house features five bedrooms: four of them are equipped with one double bed each, and one also relies on an en-suite with a bathtub; the fifth bedroom is provided with two bunk beds and a single bed. In the holiday home, you will also have two bathrooms with a shower at your disposal. The living room, decorated with rustic features, is furnished with a fireplace, a sofa and comfortable armchairs, in addition to a useful dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The whole house is provided with warm/cool air-con.

The spacious outdoor area offers the possibility of enjoying the renowned Andalusian weather since the house features a wonderful private pool located on a spacious terrace. From here, you can also rejoice in some fantastic views of the surrounding valley. Outside, you will also find a BBQ area, a covered dining table and a bathroom with a shower in the pool area. A 2,000-sq-mt garden surrounds the property, and it provides the guests with a ping-pong table, a football table, a swing, a basketball court and a picnic table. This way, you will spend your well-earned holidays in the best way possible, together with your beloved ones.

The access to the villa is fully paved.
