Inside, the house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room connected to the dining area, a comfortable and cozy space for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying meals together. The kitchen is independent and equipped with everything you need for daily use. This floor also has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two, each with two single beds. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Going up the spiral staircase, you reach the first floor, where there are two more bedrooms. Each one has a double bed and two single beds, a particularly practical arrangement for families with children. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower.

Outside, the house offers a large area to enjoy the outdoors. The covered terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and is a pleasant place to eat, have a drink, or simply relax by the pool. In the garden, there's a built-in barbecue, perfect for preparing a meal and enjoying it peacefully outdoors. The pool is surrounded by a large paved area, with plenty of space to sunbathe, relax, and enjoy the good weather days.
