This coquettish holiday home is actually composed of two buildings in the same plot, which can accommodate up to six people. When one house is rented out, the other remains closed. The same property also welcomes the owners’ living place; however, you will have exclusive use of the holiday home and the outdoor area, thus including the swimming pool.
The bigger house features two floors, both of which are provided with warm/cool air-con. The ground floor welcomes a dining-living room with a fully-equipped independent kitchen, a wood-burning stove and wooden ceilings that convey an authentic rustic atmosphere. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, warm/cool air-con and an en-suite with a whirlpool shower. The other bedroom relies on two twin beds. Another bathroom with shower is located on the first floor.
The smaller house’s single floor is distributed into a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a small lounge area and warm/cool air-con; a dining-living room with splendid windows that let the light flood in and allow you to enjoy the lush vegetation of the garden. The lounge area also features a wood-burning stove and a comfortable sofa. An independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete the layout of this house.
The outdoor area, shared between the two rentals, is filled with lovely corners where you can enjoy the gorgeous nature that envelops the property. There is a nice gazebo with an area for “al fresco” dining, a few sun loungers where you can make the most of the warm weather and a brick grill, all right next to the houses. The beautiful pool area is located roughly 40 metres from them: here, you can cool off, lay on the sun loungers and have a drink under the gazebo. It’s up to you how you want to spend your well-deserved holidays.
The house is located on the windy MA-8304 that leads from Estepona to the towns in the mountains west of Marbella. The access to the holiday home is via approximately 200-mt unpaved lane with some bumps.
