Cosy, AC-provided holiday home for a family in Malaga province

Holiday home south of Genalguacil, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This coquettish holiday home lies in a plot with two other houses. One remains closed while you are enjoying your holidays here. The other is where the owners live. However, you will have exclusive use of the holiday home and the outdoor area, thus including the swimming pool.

The lovely rental welcomes two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a dining-living room with a wood-burning stove and a fully-equipped independent kitchen, as well as warm/cool air-con to ensure a pleasant ambience whichever the season. Upstairs, there are the two bedrooms, both of which rely on warm/cool air-con. One is provided with a double bed and an en-suite with a whirlpool shower, whereas the other features two twin beds. The layout of the house is completed by another bathroom with shower.

Even though the outdoor area is shared between the two rentals, this house owns a coquettish private porch overlooking the lush vegetation that covers the mountains as far as the eye can see. Here, you can relax and enjoy some delicious meals thanks to the area for “al fresco” dining. The beautiful pool area is located roughly 40 metres from the rental: here, you can cool off, lay on the sun loungers and have a drink under the gazebo.

The swimming pool is shared with the owners, although you and your family will have priority when it comes to swimming.

The house is located on the windy MA-8304 that leads from Estepona to the towns in the mountains west of Marbella. The access to the holiday home is via approximately 200-mt unpaved lane with some bumps.
