Casa rural ubicada a escasos kilómetros del centro del pueblo de Torrox, en provincia de Málaga, Andalucía.

La villa dispone de dos plantas, y un espacio habitable de 90 m2, en los que la decoración con muebles de lujo y el uso de colores cálidos, crean un ambiente extremadamente acogedor. La casa cuenta con dos dormitorios equipados con amplios armarios. Un dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio de 180x200 y el otro tiene una cama de matrimonio de 150x190. De los dos cuartos de baño, uno es con plato de ducha y el otro con bañera. La villa dispone de un luminoso salón comedor con estufa a leña, que comparte espacio con la cocina americana completamente equipada.

Por la noche, en el amplio salón comedor, puedes disfrutar de un buen fuego en la chimenea, y de la atmósfera que ella crea. Toda tu familia podrá probar sus habilidades con una consola Wii, y su gran variedad de juegos. La zona de comedor dispone de una mesa para cuatro comensales. Toda la casa dispone además de conexión a internet gratuita, por lo que también podrá mantenerse conectado con el mundo exterior, y aire acondicionado frío/calor.

En la zona exterior, la villa dispone de una gran terraza cubierta y acristalada, de donde se puede disfrutar del paisaje impresionante que la rodea, sea cual sea el tiempo. Los más pequeños también podrán disfrutar de ella, ya que dispone de un pequeño tobogán y una casita para niños. Sin embargo, los encantos de la zona exterior no terminan aquí. Hay una parte de terraza abierta, donde usted podrá encontrar una zona de comedor y una gran barbacoa. Si usted quiere tomar el cálido sol del verano andaluz, sólo tiene que echarse en una de las tumbonas del jardín, y en cuanto quiera refrescarse, la magnífica piscina privada la acogerá con aguas frescas.

La casa cuenta con un jacuzzi disponible todo el año y su uso tiene un coste de 70 euros a la semana.

La casa de vacaciones dispone también de un aparcamiento privado para varios coches. El acceso es por 3 km de carril, desde la carretera, de los cuales 2 km son hormigonados y 1 es de tierra.

La casa rural se enclava en un paraje natural, rodeada de cultivos tradicionales, donde nacen nuevos cultivos que aportan verdor y sabor tropical a la zona. Los amantes del campo encontrarán en esta casa rural su sitio ideal para las vacaciones, sobre todo si usted es de los que huyen de las zonas urbanas y las urbanizaciones. Aquí no te cansará de mirar las magníficas vistas y admirar las águilas y halcones que en las montañas de los alrededores tienen su nido. A rural house located just a few kilometers from the center of the village of Torrox, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

The villa has two floors with a living space of 90 m², where the decoration with luxury furniture and the use of warm colors create an extremely cozy atmosphere. The house features two bedrooms equipped with spacious wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 180x200, and the other has a double bed measuring 150x190. Of the two bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bathtub. The villa boasts a bright living-dining room with a wood stove, which shares space with a fully equipped American kitchen.

In the evening, in the spacious living-dining room, you can enjoy a good fire in the fireplace and the atmosphere it creates. Your whole family can test their skills with a Wii console and its wide variety of games. The dining area includes a table for four people. The entire house also offers free internet connection, so you can stay connected to the outside world, as well as cold/hot air conditioning.

In the outdoor area, the villa features a large covered and glazed terrace, from which you can enjoy the impressive surrounding landscape, no matter the weather. The little ones can also enjoy it, as it has a small slide and a playhouse. However, the charms of the outdoor area don't end here. There's an open terrace area where you'll find a dining space and a large barbecue. If you want to soak up the warm Andalusian summer sun, just lie on one of the garden loungers, and whenever you want to cool off, the magnificent private pool will welcome you with fresh waters.

The house has a jacuzzi available all year round, with a usage cost of 70 euros per week.
