A bathroom with shower is at disposal of all guests, just like the extremely comfortable living area. It is there where you will spend fun moments with your beloved ones, as this room is provided with a comfortable sofa, a warming fireplace, warm/cool AC, and a completely equipped open kitchen. The heating in the bedrooms is provided by electric radiators.

The living area provides direct access to the terrace, where a private pool, sun loungers and, above all, overwhelming views of the Mediterranean Sea and the cliffs of Maro, which are sure to leave you breathless. Likewise, the front yard houses a gorgeous patio featuring a barbeque, a dining area, sun loungers and climbing plants whose delicious smells inundate the atmosphere.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 150 mt-long unpaved lane.
