The three-storey villa features an attic, where three bedrooms are located. The sloping-ceiling rooms are provided with comfortable beds and windows that let the light flood in: two of them are equipped with two twin beds each, while the third bedroom is furnished with one double bed and a lovely private terrace. One bathroom with a bathtub is also available on the attic.
The house's first floor welcomes the villa's two remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed, a spacious private terrace, and one lovely bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a shower. The other bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and an ensuite with a bathtub.
The ground floor is as spacious as you could imagine: you will find a welcoming lounge room with several sofas and a fireplace, where you can have your siestas and relax in a quiet ambience. Attached to it, the dining room provides you and your family with the perfect spot for rejoicing in delicious meals; lastly, the independent kitchen is fully equipped and provides all the appliances and tools needed to feel at home away from home. The ground floor is also equipped with a separate toilet.
The villa is provided with warm/cool air-con.
The outdoor area of the villa welcomes several corners where you and your family can relax under the sun or in the shade, sunbathe on the sun loungers or take a refreshing dip in the private pool. The porch is furnished with a chill-out area, near a table for dining "al fresco" and the covered BBQ. An outdoor bathroom with a shower is also available near the pool, as is a Jacuzzi.
The cold-water Jacuzzi is available year-round and included in the price.
The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.
