This fresh and cosy holiday home lies near the village of Ventorros in Comares. From its terrace and outdoors, you can spot the impressive landscapes that characterise the Axarquía and the Costa del Sol.

The first floor of the villa is rented out, whereas the ground floor is permanently closed. Therefore, you will have exclusive use of the property, as well as the quiet outdoors.

The holiday home is provided with three bedrooms and a comfortable living area. One bedroom is equipped with one double bed, one with two single beds and the third bedroom features one double bed, two single beds and an en-suite with shower. There's another bathroom with bathtub at the guests' disposal. The living area is divided into a spacious dining-living room with fireplace and a fully-equipped open kitchen, where you will soak up the rural atmosphere that envelops the whole area.

On the terrace, you will find the barbeque and a large dining area for you to share tasty meals with your family and friends, while you enjoy the panoramic views and a glass of some good local wine. On the porch of the ground floor, you will enjoy entertaining games of ping pong.

The rest of the outdoor area is also private, featuring a fantastic swimming pool, a well-maintained lawn area, a swing and a parking space.

The villa is located 150 meters from the main road, and the access is made possible thanks to a concrete lane. There are two restaurants 500 meters from the house, where you can taste the traditional "comareña" cuisine.
