Gorgeous holiday home with heated pool and Jacuzzi and rustic vibes near Mijas

Villa situated in the town of Mijas, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

The house is located in a 6000m2 estate, where you can find a huge variety of trees and bushes typical of the Mediterranean vegetation, as well as ornamental flowers. Here you will be able to enjoy the peace of the Sierra and of the sea, as well as the authenticity of the urban town of Mijas (within a 10-minute drive).

The holiday home is divided into a 200m2 main house and an attached room, which will be opened in case there are 8 to 9 people. In July and August, the attached room is available regardless of the number of guests.

The cosy atmosphere you will find in this holiday home is provided by the rustic decoration and elegant details: the mud floor and hardwood floor, and the wooden beams stand out. The house is equipped with warm/cool air-con, freezer, washing machine, a bio-digester, WIFI, and so on.

The main house is a two-storey estate with three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, the other with a bunk bed. It also has a fireplace-equipped dining living room and a bathroom with bathtub. You can easily access the first floor through a spiral staircase. The attached room is provided with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, as well as a sofa bed for one person.

In the outdoor area, you will find a glass terrace looking over the garden, a private fenced swimming pool and a parking area. The cherry on top is the fabulous swimming pool, which is heated via 8 solar panels to give you the possibility of bathing from April to October, thanks to the water temperature being at 20º-28ºC (depending on outdoor temperature).

You will also find an outdoor hot-water Jacuzzi, which is available all year round on request and at an extra cost.

The access to the house is completely paved.
