Splendid holiday villa overlooking the Sierra Nevada - 11km from Granada

Holiday home on the outskirts of Víznar, in the province of Granada, Andalucia.

This 544-sq-mt villa is located only 11 km from Granada and the marvellous Alhambra. Thanks to its location, you will be able to enjoy the dream views of the Sierra Nevada while you relax in the garden or on the terraces. Besides, as it can accommodate up to 20 people, it allows the whole family to enjoy some well-deserved holidays.

The villa is distributed on four floors, which are connected thanks to precious wooden staircases, of eight steps each. The whole indoor area is light-filled, with open spaces, double-height ceilings and wide windows. The predominant decor sees wooden features, which provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for spending here both your summer and your winter holidays. The most peculiar touch is the indoor garden, located at the heart of the villa, whose tall tree visually connects the lowest floor with the roof windows.

As you enter the main door, you will find a welcoming living space with a pool table. Next to it, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds.

From the main floor, eight steps lead down to a lovely dining-living room, whose fabulous windows let the light flood in and the French doors open onto the porch. On this floor, you will also find a marvellous independent kitchen, fully equipped and provided with a kitchen island and a dining table. A separate toilet completes the layout of this level.

Back to the main floor, eight steps lead upstairs. Here, you will find a vast living room that is adapted for winter, thanks to the presence of the fireplace. The sloping wooden ceilings accompany your sight to the French doors and windows that open onto a gorgeous terrace overlooking the Sierra Nevada. A library with a sofa and armchairs is also available on this floor. Through this room, you can access the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed and an en-suite with a bathtub.

The top floor of the villa is reachable via another eight-step staircase. This floor welcomes two bedrooms with a double bed and two twin bedrooms. The guests that stay here will have two bathrooms with a bathtub at their disposal. Last, but not least, six extra single beds are provided in the villa, hence the maximum capacity of 20 people.

The villa is provided with central heating via gas radiators.

The 5,500-sq-mt split-level gardens and the 85-sq-mt terraces are equipped with several seating areas and corners where to sunbathe while enjoying the panorama that envelops the house. You can also stroll in the middle of the trees, discovering the perfect spot for admiring the sunsets, and even a petanque court. Still, the cherry on the pie is undoubtedly the marvellous private pool, located on the lowest level; surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden and near a gazebo, the swimming pool is the place you won't want to leave anytime soon.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.
