This elegant holiday villa lies on the Costa Tropical, near the splendid beaches of Granada province and La Herradura. The quiet setting in the hills that characterises this villa provides all the comforts and relaxation you’ll need to unwind and discover the lovely surroundings.

Although this villa is provided with three floors, only the second floor is rented out. As the first floor is a storeroom, you and your family will have exclusive use of the property. The terrace of the second floor is equipped with a nice chill-out area, leading to the spacious, light-filled dining-living room. Here, you will find a massive stone fireplace that draws all the attention; comfortable sofas where you can relax and a dining table where you and your family will share some delicious meals. An independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary tools completes the facilities of the living area.

The villa features three bedrooms, two with one double bed each, and one with three single beds. The master bedroom is also provided with private access to a splendid terrace overlooking the hills down to the Mediterranean Sea. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and two wash basins and one bathroom with shower are available for the seven guests of the house.
All bedrooms and living room are provided with warm/cool air-conditioning.

The split-level outdoor area features a fully-equipped industrial kitchen, an outdoor dining area and an independent toilet on the upper level. A wide flight of stairs leads to the pool area, where an oval-shaped private pool and comfortable sun loungers add a special touch to your well-deserved holidays.
