Staggering villa with spacious rooms and sea views on the Costa Tropical

The seafront location of this villa ensures you’ll make the most of the quietness that surrounds the property and recharge your batteries as you soak up the fresh atmosphere of the location. The villa is rented out for exclusive use, and different areas will be open according to wish of the people that will stay at the house. Up to 16 people can stay at the villa.

The main house can welcome up to 6 people. It features two bedrooms, one with four single beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with shower and the other with shower at the guests’ disposal. This holiday home also features one fully-equipped independent kitchen and a lounge area with dining tables and a fireplace. From here, you can access the terrace and enjoy some impressive sea views.

The house is also provided with two smaller studio flats, one on the terrace and the other on the porch level. If you require one apartment to be open, the price for 7 people will be applied; if you require both of them to be open, the price for 11 people will be applied. Both apartments overlook the garden, the swimming pool and the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon.

The whole house, the living room, the bedrooms and the studio flats are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

Outside, the lush garden surrounds a private swimming pool, and it also welcomes several sun loungers where you can make the most of the warm sunshine of the Costa Tropical.

Note that, except in July and August, you will get a 20% discount off 28-night+ stays. These bookings don't include the water and electricity consumption, nor the weekly service of bed linens and towels.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.
