This charming holiday villa lies in a private urbanisation on the outskirts of Cordoba, only 12 km from the city’s historic centre. The romantic, two-storey indoor provides up to 10 people with the comforts needed to spend a dream holiday. And if it weren’t enough, you can enjoy a one-day getaway to the City of the Caliphs, visit the Mosque-Cathedral and let the authentic atmosphere of the Alcazar de Los Reyes Cristianos overwhelm you.

Once you enter, you find yourself in an entrance hall, which gives access to the lounge area on the left, and to the kitchen via a few steps. The lounge area welcomes a dining-living room, whose windows open onto the backyard; a fireplace and a pellet stove help keep a warm atmosphere. The fully-equipped independent kitchen also leads to the outdoor area, where the private pool is located. A separate toilet is also provided on the ground floor.

The villa is provided with three bedrooms, all located on the first floor of the villa and equipped with radiators. The master one is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite with a shower and two washbasins. The other two bedrooms both feature two twin beds each, and, on the same floor, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub.

The huge outdoor area welcomes a splendid private pool, sun loungers, a pergola where you can relish your breakfast, and a basket and a table tennis table to keep the little ones occupied. The tall trees, so typical of the Sierra Morena where this house lies, offer shadow and plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the breeze. Last, but not least, the front-yard porch, which is perfect to spend the long summer nights.

Keep in mind that, due to the high risk of fire, BBQs are not permitted from May to October, both inclusive.

The access to the villa is possible via paved lane.
