The house is U-shaped, with a closed patio in the center. The patio (160 square meters) has a covered porch. The patio is windless and cool and comfortable.
There are two main wings in the building.
The north wing has two floors. On the ground floor there is: the living room, the kitchen, the dining room (with air conditioning), a bathroom and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with air conditioning).
The upper floor of the north wing has: 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, a bathroom and another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
