This spectacular luxury villa has been recently built to provide up to eight guests with all the comforts and facilities needed to spend a relaxing stay and unwind on the Costa de la Luz. This villa’s closeness to the famous Playa de Los Alemanes and the Lighthouse Camarinal, which you will spot from the villa’s terraces, ensures the perfect environment to enjoy your well-deserved holidays. The modern and functional 650 square metres of the house are distributed on three floors, all characterised by a cared-for décor, hi-tech equipment and corners where you can kick back and enjoy your party’s company.

The villa’s main entrance leads to a hall that gives access both to the basement and the main areas of the ground floor. The living area is distributed around a gorgeous indoor patio that connects the three stories, and lets the light flood in and illuminate the splendid independent kitchen, which is equipped with all the kitchen tools and electric appliances you may need, as well as a dining table, and the gorgeous dining-living room. The latter features a huge sofa, a fireplace, a TV and a separate reading area, enveloped in an exquisite decoration and in the light that comes from the full windows. The kitchen opens into a laundry room and onto a shadowed porch with a 10-place dining table and BBQ area, whereas from the living room, you can access the fabulous private pool.

Right behind the massive dining table, a door leads to the three bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms both welcome a double bed and a walk-in closet, and they share an en-suite with a double wash-basin, a shower and a magnificent freestanding bathtub. Besides, they both are provided with access to the pool area. A bathroom with shower completes the facilities of this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the fabulous master bedroom, equipped with a double bed and an en-suite with a shower and a bathtub. When here, you will have the chance to relax in the tub as you enjoy the impressive views of the Ocean, the nearby hills, and the lighthouse. This bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the pool and the Ocean.

On the same floor, you will also have access to a chill-out area with a fantastic outdoor Jacuzzi will let you unwind and, at the same time, enjoy the views which you will be used to by now.

The basement, which is accessible from the main floor’s entrance hall, will make you even harder for you to decide where to spend your free time. In fact, apart from a 2-place parking lot, here you will find a huge living area, with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen island with stools, a dining area, a ping-pong table and a soccer table, as well as an independent toilet. Full windows separate the living area from a thoroughly equipped gym. The rest of the floor is occupied by a gorgeous spa, completed of a covered swimming pool with jets, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a steam bath and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the ultimate luxury detail that will help you unwind and relax like never before.

The indoor swimming pool is heated. In winter, the water reaches 30ºC, while, in summer, it reaches 28ºC.

The whole villa is provided with heating and warm/cool air-con.

The price includes 3-hour cleaning service, five days a week (from Monday to Friday). If the client requires extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
