Holiday villa located in Grazalema, province of Cadiz, Andalucia.

This spectacular holiday villa is a two-century-old house that was completely renovated in 2011. Its location in the hills in the middle of the Natural Park of Sierra de Grazalema, which was also declared Reserve of the Biosphere, ensures complete privacy, quietness and breathtaking panoramic views to those that choose to spend their holidays here, away from the hustle and bustle of other, more-crowded areas. The thick walls and the location of the villa make it possible to enjoy it in summer even without air-con. On the other hand, the villa is provided with electric radiators to warm the ambience up.

The two-storey villa welcomes up to 8 people, who will make good use of the modern spaces provided. The first room you will find after entering the villa is a spacious entrance hall, where a sofa and a nice library are located. On the left, you will find the bedroom area, whereas facing the main entrance there’s the door leading to the living area of the villa. Leaving the latter aside for a moment, you may want to focus on the rooms where your strengths will be regenerated. In fact, on the ground floor, you will find one bedroom with a double bed and one with one single bed. The first floor welcomes the other three bedrooms of the villa: one with one double bed, one with one single bed, and the last bedroom featuring two single beds. Both floors are provided with one bathroom with shower.

Moving to the splendid living area of the ground floor, you’ll be welcomed by a spectacular double height living room where rustic features, such as a splendid stone wall and the wooden-beam ceiling, harmoniously mix with the modern furniture of the kitchen and the comfortable sofa located here. Besides, the wide window near the sofa provides some staggering mountain views. The room is also furnished with a dining table, and the fully-equipped open kitchen is provided with hi-tech electric appliances and direct access to the backyard.

Outside, you will find two outdoor dining areas (one in the backyard and one in the front yard), and a gorgeous private pool surrounded by sun loungers. You can already feel the feeling of relaxation brought by the fresh breeze calming you down and making you forget everything about the daily life.

The access to the villa is made possible by a narrow, steep, partially-paved lane. Being a mountain road, there might be potholes, so a 4x4 is advisable to reach the villa.

In case of cancellation of holidays, expenses are established as follows:

  • More than 60 days before the arrival day: No charge
  • From 60 to 30 days before the arrival day: 50% of the down payment.
  • From 29 to 15 days before arrival day: 75% of the down payment.
  • Less than 15 days before arrival day: 100% of the down payment.
Special conditions of payment
  • It is needed to make an advanced payment of the remaining amount (total amount - down payment) 20 days before the date of the arrival. The payment method accepted by the owner is Bank transfer.
