Holiday home for 5 people in Nerja, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
The property is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor there is a nice hall, where you go to a large, spacious room with all the comforts. It has a sofa and a small coffee table, designer chairs, a plasma TV and a small dining table. In addition, the living room is very bright. Next to the living room we find a modern, fully equipped American kitchen, as it has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, utensils or coffee maker, among other things. In addition, the living room has an access door to the garden and the pool.
On the upper floor are the bedrooms and the remaining bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace where you can see wonderful views of the sea, in addition to the en-suite bathroom. There is also the bedroom with a single bed and the bedroom with bunk beds, including the remaining bathroom.
On the upper terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea, the mountains and the town.
In the outdoor area you can relax in its wonderful pool, including the lawn area where there are sun loungers.
Another of the strong points of this house is its great location, slightly away from the town of Nerja, which provides greater tranquility and privacy, although it maintains its proximity to the beach and the town.
