Holiday home for 10 people in Estepona, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
Located in an urbanization next to the Guadalmina River, this magnificent three-story villa has five bedrooms, five en-suite bathrooms, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms and a games room. It is distributed as follows:
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a flat screen TV, a library, a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. On this same floor there is an indoor dining room for 10 people, a large fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops and another living room with TV and direct access to the garden.
Going up the stairs you access the first floor where there is a master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. There are also two double bedrooms with single beds and each with its own bathroom en suite.
In the basement there is a large games area with ping-pong table and a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Outside there is a porch with a seating area, an outdoor dining room and a swimming pool surrounded by a large lawn.
