Holiday house 7 km from Mijas, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
If you are looking for a place to rest, without giving up the comforts of a perfectly equipped house, then this villa on the outskirts of Mijas is exactly what you need. It is also the perfect property if you want to play golf since it has 3 golf courses less than 4 km from the house. Its spacious rooms are spread over two floors, and are characterized by a beautiful rustic style, modern touches and all the comfort you could need.
The ground floor of the house presents a cozy living-dining room with comfortable sofas, a table where the whole family can gather and a perfectly equipped American kitchen. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor of the house, you will find the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other bedrooms have two single beds each; In addition, in one of these, you will have an extra extra bed available. The two bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with a corner bathtub.
The bedrooms of the house have hot/cold air conditioning.
The exterior allows you to enjoy beautiful views of the countryside that surrounds the house, both from the large porch and from the pool area. The porch has an outdoor dining table and a table football, to brighten your vacation with your loved ones. The pool area is fenced and features a beautifully manicured lawn, a shaded relaxation area and a fabulous private pool to cool off in the warm rays of the Andalusian sun. The rest of the outdoor area has sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a covered barbecue, a shower with hot and cold water next to the pool and a separate toilet.
