A stove and a modern TV complete the amenities in the living room. Next to it, there is an independent kitchen whose full equipment allows you to cook however you please. From the kitchen, you can access both the bathroom with a shower and the master bedroom, featuring a double bed. The bathroom and the bedroom are also directly connected. Another bedroom with two twin beds completes the layout of the house.

The outdoor area welcomes a splendid, wrap-around wooden porch. Here, you can dine "al fresco" and relax in the chill-out area provided, while you rejoice in the spectacular vistas of the Torcal de Antequera and the countryside that envelops the house. A few steps lead down to the gravelled patio, where a covered, 2-place parking lot is located.

However, you will spend most of your time in the gorgeous pool area. The perfectly-maintained garden envelops the fabulous private pool, which you can make the most of during the hot summer days. Around the pool, four sun loungers are perfect for sunbathing; and if you want to do some sport, there is a volleyball net and two football nets at your disposal. The garden also welcomes a covered BBQ area, where yet another dining table is located.

The access to the fenced plot of the house is possible via a 50-mt unpaved lane.
