This beachfront holiday villa's main floor is distributed around a spectacular Arab-style indoor patio. White columns surround a water fountain and, from there, you can access all the rooms of the villa, including the lower floor, and the first-floor terrace.
On the right side of the patio, you can access the living room and the fully equipped independent kitchen, which also communicate between them. In the dining-living room, you will find comfortable sofas facing a fabulous full window overlooking the ocean, and a fireplace.
On the left side of the patio, there are two bedrooms, and a staircase leading downstairs. The master bedroom is provided with two twin beds and an en-suite with a shower and a bathtub. The other bedroom relies on a single bed and an en-suite with a shower; in this bedroom, you are also given the possibility to add an extra single bed.
Downstairs, you will be welcomed by another dining-living room, which shares space with an open kitchen. From this room, three more bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub are accessible. All the bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds, and one of them also relies on an en-suite with tub.
The decoration of all the rooms is rustic, with artisanal tiles and terracotta floors that add a unique charm to the property, which was built following the most authentic Sevillian-Andalusian style. Central heating and fans are provided throughout the villa, as is the warm/cool air-con in the living room, thus guaranteeing a pleasant atmosphere all year round.
The living room on the ground floor opens onto a lovely porch with an area for "al fresco" dining and chill-out space. Here, you will have the chance of rejoicing in the views and breathtaking sunsets, relaxing in the shadow of the porch, and taking a dip in the private pool located right in front of it. The splendid, well-maintained garden surrounds the whole villa, which also features a covered garage and an open-air parking lot.
The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.
If the client requires extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
